Joe here from Ireland. I am a member of our national student organisation and we are conducting research into graduate employment policies across the world as a pre-cursor to developing our own policy to lobby the government with. Graduate unemployment is currently a massive problem here in the thick of our economic downturn.
It would be a massive help if you could describe to me some graduate employment policies, government or opposition, implemented or not implemented, that have been proposed in the U.S. in the past few years, or even further back than that. We are looking to study as many innovative ideas on the issue as we can, and policy from elsewhere in North America would also be greatly appreciated.
If you could provide links to some of these policies that would be fantastic.
