To the extent that an empty barrel like JimH5.2 is an indicator, that's correct.

In reality, there is a fair chance that the Senate will go to the GOP after the Elections. I just wish the chances were much better.

If Obama wins and the House stays Republican...we lose.

If Romney wins and the Senate stays Democrat...we lose.

Not quite accurate.

IF the senate goes GOP, the ONLY need to work with the Dims will be to get around their resort (again) to pure obstructionism, like the misuse and overuse of the filibuster.

Otherwise, the only "need" for bi-partisanship will be for mere appearances.

However, should the Senate not get captured by the GOP, the minority Dim hacks will NEVER seek partisanship on the major concerns of the GOP. You can expect lots of gridlock. OK.

We are still better off than when they "accomplish" any part of the lib agenda.
