They're not forcing anyone to buy anything. They're just working to see to it that the only choice you have is to buy electric. Or walk. Or take public transportation.

I could have told them 3 years ago that EV technology was a big lose-lose all the way around. Just not practical. Another monkey-contrived Biden Big Government pie in the sky asinine boondoggle of politicians trying to use big business for their own socialist-globalist social reorganization dreams.

In its quest to be a leader in electric vehicle sales, General Motors has recruited a former Tesla executive to develop high-quality EV batteries at lower costs to make EVs affordable for the masses and profitable for GM.
GM said Thursday it hired Kurt Kelty, 59, in a newly created role of vice president of Batteries. He will start Feb. 19 and will report to GM President Mark Reuss, GM spokesman Kevin Kelly told the Detroit Free Press.
Kelty will be responsible for GM’s battery cell strategy, which includes the use of raw materials, research, developing and investing in new technology, commercialization of cells and battery packs, and what to do with a battery at the end of its life, GM said in a statement.

Trust me, I did not think it was as you claim. Still GM is having major problems cracking open the EV market.Propaganda. GM never quit making ICE cars. Quit spreading propaganda.
Also, those claiming the video is not available did not click the link taking them to Youtube it seems like.
