However, the Justice Department refused to turn over transcripts of Flynn's calls with Russian officials, including then-Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak, as was expected after Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered prosecutors to file those publicly.

The AP report on the release of the transcript fails to quote any of the newly released material. Why might that be? The CNN story by Katelyn Polantz is more detailed. It includes the full transcript of the message as well as a statement from Dowd.

Trump lawyer John Dowd, responded to Dirty Bob's deceptive edits of his voicemail to Flynn's lawyer

"It is unfair and despicable. It was a friendly privileged call between counsel - with NO conflict.

Dirty Bob makes no sense in any event. If Dowd’s message to Kelner was obstructive, as the report asserts, Dowd himself would be liable whether or not he acted at the president’s behest or with his knowledge. Attorneys have no right to commit crimes on behalf of their principal.

The crime/fraud exception to the attorney-client privilege is how they nailed Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen. The exception would clearly apply to conversations in which the principal instructs the attorney to undertake obstructive action. This aspect of Dirty Bob's Report is a complete and utter crock.

There is no link to this LIE because this story has already been FACTUALLY reported by a non-fake news Trump-hating excuse for for a media organization.

The story is posted in another thread...that does have a link to the report and the full transcript of what Doewd actually said.

The REAL story is how MUELLER WAS CAUGHT...AGAIN...HIDING EVIDENCE.

Nunes took the released transcripts of that phone message and put it side-by-side with what Mueller released in his report.

Mueller omitted part of the message / transcript that proves no obstruction occurred. Mueller left out the most important part of the message - what Dowd actually said - to create a false narrative, the false perception of obstruction.

This is not Mueller's 1st time hiding evidence to frame innocent people.
