Illegal open borders, in violation of US Law
Illegally forgiving $39b of student loans.
Illegally abandoning $85b of US military equipment in AFG
Stealing classified documents

Then we get to the influence peddling articles:
Extorting the firing of Shokin in opposition to US policy
Allowing the Chinese spy balloon to fly across the US over secret sites
Money laundering
Selling influence
