1. Illegally forgiving $39b of student loan debt
2. Illegally keeping the southern border open to migrants and terrorists
3. Abuse of power abandoning $85b of US military equipment in AFG

1 not impeachable, policy settled in the courts with suits to determine constitutionally
2 Not impeachable, settles in the court with suits etc.....
3 Not impeachable, he was left by Trump with only 2500 military there....for the withdrawal.

Those are things that are policy decisions, not high crimes and misdemeanors .....which are settled by the courts if they break the constitution.... This is not corruption, but policy decisions as mentioned.

And mistakes and policy decisions are simply settled by us voting whomever, out, at the ballot box.

I heard last night that they designated the folks doing the inquiry as "essential" so they will keep working during the shutdown.

They are claiming their witnesses will show they were held back on Hunter charges, and that Biden corruptly abused his power to cover up for his son. The problem is Biden was not in office when the witness alleges being stalled, not as VP and not as President....Trump's DOJ and William Barr were in charge when she was allegedly stalled.

Well like Jason Smith said, they don't want to get into specifics of the specific date he gave us or what that might mean to their innuendo accusing the President son of wanting to protect the family name. Or how that is an impeachable offense.

Trump is simply directing republican congress critters beholden to orange, to do this witch hunt impeachment, to match the time period of his valid impeachment so to do to Biden, what was done when he was in office and abusing his power....even though Biden was not in office and had nothing to do with congress impeaching Trump.

The Republicans are doing this the right way. They're going to get Joe on his financial crimes, just like they did with Al Capone. It's about what you can prove, and proving these crimes is not difficult, given the existence of the records, testimony, and transactions.

Of course you know that the articles of impeachment don't really matter. The Senate would NEVER vote to remove anyway.
The trial needs to include as many articles as possible to show voters how horrible and unlawful the Biden presidency is.
