Classified Ukraine documents discovered in Biden’s possession from time of Hunter’s Burisma work

They do?

Biden was thoroughly investigated for this and found to have not actually broken the law, but it still didn't stop a Republican hack from doing a cheap shot.
Hunter is under indictment for offenses that would have normally been resolved non-judicially.
That's NOT true at all....In fact Biden was found to have broken the law, but only that he is so diminished mentally, that they didn't think they could win at trial...To turn that dishonestly, and say that they found something they didn't makes you a liar....Period.

Not what Hur said.. he said that if it ever came to a trial, Biden would by sympathetic because of his age and lack of malice.

Hur's conduct was unprofessional. If he had real evidence, he should have presented it to Congress. That's what Mueller did, when he documented how Trump obstructed his investigation. Then Congress could make a decision whether to act.

Not to worry, Hur will be called up to the Hill at some point no doubt...But, let's face it, You're upset with Hur saying out loud, the part that everyone can see with their own eyes....

Keep in mind, this report had to pass through Garland's desk before it was released to the public...So, should Biden fire Garland?

Classified Ukraine documents discovered in Biden’s possession from time of Hunter’s Burisma work

The House impeachment inquiry into President Biden has previously sought to determine if any of the classified documents discovered in unsecured locations related to Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings.
8 Feb 2024 ~~ By Steven Richards

According to the appendices listing the documents recovered in the Justice Department investigation into Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents, the president retained talking points and a telephone call transcript with the Ukrainian prime minister from a key period in Hunter Biden’s Burisma Holdings employment.
One appendix also lists a classified briefing on U.S. Energy Assistance to Ukraine, from September 2014, shortly after Hunter Biden had joined the board of the Ukrainian energy company.
These are the latest revelations from Special Counsel Robert Hurr’s report on his investigation into potentially mishandling of classified documents by President Biden. Though Hurr ultimately declined to bring charges, the report has revealed new anecdotes about Biden’s mental acuity and showed that he willfully retained and shared classified documents.
In a folder entitled “VP Personal” DOJ investigators found two documents relating to a December 11, 2015 call between then-Vice President Biden and then Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
“A Telephone Call Sheet setting forth the purpose of and talking points for a call with Ukrainian Prime Minister Yatsenyuk,” the summary of the first document reads.
“There is a handwritten note addressed to Mr. Biden's executive assistant: ‘Get copy of this conversation from Sit Rm for my Records please’ that is signed ‘Joe.’,” the summary continues.
The second document is the full transcript documenting this call with the prime minister.
In another location, the investigators found a memo entitled "U.S. Energy Assistance to Ukraine," dated to September 2014, just months after Hunter Biden formally joined the board of Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian energy company.

After the release of the classified documents report on Biden, which recommended no charges against the President, Comer vowed to continue the investigation through his committee.
mportant questions remain about the extent of Joe Biden retaining sensitive materials related to specific countries involving his family’s influence peddling schemes that brought in millions for the Bidens,” Comer said in a statement posted to X.
“While the Justice Department has closed its investigation, the Oversight Committee’s investigation continues. We will continue to provide the transparency and accountability owed to the American people,” he added.

Commentary:
Just how many sensitibe and classified documents and to what extent was Joe involved in the Ukraine/Bursima scandal?
Although the Doj has closed their investigation using Robet Hur to cleanse Joethe invesyigation led by Comer is continuing to uncover more evidence that there is something that smell in the White House and its not fish. It's the corruption that Bden tracked in.

It's interesting that the DOJ report does not mention Hunter one time.

I bet you they did not even check the folders for Hunter's fingerprints.

My own research shows that Hunter lived at Biden's Delaware home from 2015-2019....

This was during the time that the classified documents were stored right next to Biden's desk in an open box.

Actually, Biden had the authority to redact anything in the report he didn't like and he chose not to.

I am certainly glad that the House has time to talk to Hur, because they certainly aren't dealing with any of the real problems, are they?

:auiqs.jpg:That's hilarious, so you are asserting that the target of the investigation has input as to the final report of the investigation? In what warped universe do you believe that is even proper?

You lost the house, therefore you have no say in what the agenda is....too bad.

Um, yeah, it's called executive privilege. Biden operated under full transparency.

You lost the house, therefore you have no say in what the agenda is....too bad.

Enjoy it while you can... Johnson will be out of a job in November.

There are no charges, Jim H.
Yes, we all know that.

Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained
and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private
citizen.

Prosecution of Mr. Biden is also unwarranted based on our consideration of the aggravating and mitigating factors set forth in the Department of Justice's Principles of Federal Prosecution.

Mr. Biden's memory was significantly limited...We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Eiden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.

DOJ does not indict sitting presidents anyway, but....

Think about this for a moment... The DOJ kind of did indict Biden. This report is damning. If he's too senile to be prosecuted, he's certainly not mentally fit to be president.

Joe Biden is clearly not going to be the Dem nominee. Many of us have known for a long time that he is going to be replaced, and here it comes. After all the Dems vote for him in the primaries, of course.

You’re delusional…dems will be lucky to hold dog watcher….That is if can not cheat.

Yet your side has only won the popular vote once since 1988.

That's cheating.

So if this comes down to which side can most effectively manipulate the EC, the Democrats win. States run by Democrats have more EV's than states run by Republicans.

Really?

How so.
He was democratically elected, and he answered to a parliament.
There are no elections in Ukraine. They were shut down and there is a state ran media…. that’s an authoritarian country similar to or even more authoritarian compared to Russia.

Even during World War II the United States held elections and then they were free and fair. Ukraine on the other hand canceled them. That ain’t a democracy.

There’s no way around this argument here. Usually the response from the pro Ukraine folks at this point is to engage in lies and misrepresented what the other side says, or to use personal attacks .

I will never agree with a Statist....They/you are parasites...

The United States in 1944 didn't have 20% of the country occupied by the Axis.

So that wasn't a good example, was it?

(Although I often wondered if we made the Philippines a state, how that would work out.)

Here's the thing. Most Ukrainians don't want to have an election until the war is over.

In November 2023, Zelenskyy said "now is not the right time for elections"[8][9] and asked the Parliament to approve an extension of martial law for another 90 days, until 14 February 2024. Martial law was extended for another 90 days in February 2024.[10] A poll released by KIIS in November 2023 reported that 80% of Ukrainians do not want to have an election until the war is over.[7] In November 2023, all political parties represented in the Verkhovna Rada signed a document in which they agreed to postpone holding any national election until after the end of martial law[11] and agreed to work on a special law that would regulate the first post-war election, which would take place no earlier than six months after the cancellation of martial law.[12]
