Had Musk owned Twitter in the fall of 2020, millions of people would have heard about Hunter’s laptop - rather than the lie that it was Russian disinformation - and Trump would be president today.Perhaps more people will learning about the Hunter Biden/Joe Biden business relationship and such.
Note: The intelligence agencies lied about the laptop being Russian disinformation before the 2020 election. That should be a major scandal with congressional hears and heads rolling (figuratively).

You might want to adjust your knowledge base to current day.Might wanna go back and re-read the OP. They were elated that Musk was gonna buy Twitter and were saying "welcome back Trump".
Incidentally, Twitter has seen a marked decrease of frequent users (defined as someone who is on the platform 5 or 6 days a week, tweeting 3-4 times per day). If that is their standard, then USMB has them beat, as most users on here sign on at least a couple of times per day, and post at least 2 to 3 posts each time they sign on.
And, it's looking like Twitter is starting to fade. Lots of posts on there are NSFW, and talking about the news or things that are current seems to be fading.
