About 40% of the general population aren't aware of this. And if Rump get's his 67% control of the House and Senate then he can just make up laws as he sees fit including removal of the term limit on the President. That means, no oversight, no new President every 8 years, the President can stomp all over the Elections any way he wishes, etc.. In fact, (he's pretty close right now), he may sell Rhode Island to raise money for the new Golf Course in Moscow. Can you see that fire sale?
