    I imagine you could use this technique to make any water drinkable...except from man-made contaminates.

    I turn wine into water all the time ... but it's not something you'd want to drink.

    I didn't watch your video but sail boats have had a device called a water maker for a while now that turns sea water into drinkable fresh water.
