OK, listened to the 911 call. The police were ridiculous that they couldn't subdue the woman without tazing. As far as the call, the woman was a DNR according to the grandson. They don't explain if she were a hospice patient or what. She probably was an ornery old broad, but nevertheless tazing her was an example of police incompetence.
