the constitution doesnt deal with the topics you bring up. your just too dumb to understand this. the constitution doesnt deal with tax law, or income level, or social security. it deal with rights and under the constitution you can not afford rights to one group of people and limit those right for another group. do you even understand what a right is? does it need to be explained to you like you would to a 2 year old?

point to the section of the constitution that proves your point then. point to where the rights of people as defined by the constitution mention that you apply those laws differently to different people.

the 5th amendment states :"Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."
