If you had half a brain, you’d realize that ACP is alive and well. ACP never protected lawyers who commit criminal acts on behalf of their clients from being searched. ACP doesn’t protect you from conspiring with your lawyer to do your dirty work for you.

Trump’s former lawyer, Jay Goldberg, gave an interview last week wherein he said warned Donald Trump that Cohen is going to flip on him and turn state’s evidence. THAT was an incredible violation of ACP. Goldberg should be disbarred for that comment.

Goldberg has basically admitted that Trump and Cohen conspired to commit illegal acts and that Cohen will testify to that effect.

You really ought to keep up pal. Comey attempted to fob off redacted copies. Congress grabbed him by the throat and forced him to turn over the original versions.

he redacted what he believed was classified then gave to his law professor friend to give to the press for the public to be made aware....and the Justice Department would realize, they needed a Special Counsel to continue the Russian investigation and any ties to Trump's team conspiring with them.

2 of the 7 memos had a thing in them that was classified AFTER THE FACT....so....

Comey will not get in any trouble but perhaps a slap of the hand....

the release to his friend was declassified....he made a mistake and a couple of things were deemed at a low level classification later....whoop dee do....

plus he can get whistle blower status, on the public interest aspect....

you have to intentionally and purposefully release TOP SECRET defense material, in order to be ''charged'' with an espionage crime and his actions were neither!!
