First of all it's the "religious right" like the Salvation Army that probably takes care of more poor people than the gigantic bureaucracy of the federal government. Every military conflict during the bloody 20th century started during a democrat administration. Democrats voted for boots on the ground in Iraq and then they behaved like traitors undermining the effort. If you are going to compare capital punishment to the killing of the unborn you are a hopeless ignorant bigot.

Like i said, you sound like someone who doesn't really know any Christians. You're basing your opinions on wingnut propaganda. I attend Church often, and i've never met those "Christian Monsters." They're good people who contribute quite a bit to their Community. So i see no reason to single out Christians for criticism. While you on the left want taxpayers funded abortions so here is a idea you and the left take over paying for the taxpayer abortions and those on the right will take those tax dollars and help with the poor we could not do any worse than the government and all it's social programs started as a part of LBJ great society have done. I will stop supporting the death penalty when you can promise the killers, rapist, serial killers, and sadist will stay locked up for the duration of their sentence and will not commit there crimes again if they should get paroled. As for running to war let's see WW2 FDR, Korea, Truman Democrats Vietnam began under Republican Eisenhower escalated under JFK and LBJ ended under Republican Nixon First gulf war under H.W. Bush U.N. sanctioned with heavy support from Democrats Afghanistan under G.W. Bush as a result of the 9-11 attacks I recall no major opposition from Democrats over that one finally Iraq also G.W. Bush a mistake yes but one that also had support from a majority of Democrats until it became politically inconvenient for them to support it as far as running to war goes the left and the right are pretty even on that. If your so concerned about stopping hypocrisy start with yourself.
