Chik-fil-a caves to teh ghey

It sounds like the chik fila's real estate person may have been talking out of two sides of his mouth. Then the CEO denies that what he said (according to Moreno) was true.

Chick-fil-A CEO Denies Giving ‘Concessions’ to Open Chicago Restaurant - ABC News

It appears that the inhumane treatment of chickens will continue to support uber-Christian hate groups.

This was posted on the previous page, several times.......

Has Chick-Fil-A denied that they pulled financial support from Focus on the Family and The Family Research Council?

Everything else is spin.

Bunch of liberal idiots. Just because Chik-Fi-La says they won't give money to certain organizations doesn't always make it so. They will donate to whoever they want to donate to. This was just to shut the libs up for awhile..:eusa_whistle:

that isn't what they said,

and they fund groups opposed to LGBT rights.

and same as you wackadoodles, people have the right to respond appropriately to that type of funding of hate and discrimination.

Still, dude. No more funding from Chick-fil-A for Focus on the Family and The Family Research Council. What do you make of that?

Still waiting for you to provide a link to such a statement.
Not a hint, or innuendo.
A specific QUOTE saying that.
:eusa_boohoo:
A Chick-fil-A executive confirmed that the company will stop donating to groups like Focus on the Family and the Family Research Council, according to The Civil Rights Agenda, a Chicago-based gay-rights organization.

That's what was reported. Did Chick-Fil-A deny it in their press release?

But that's NOT what was SAID

If it were untrue, why wasn't it denied in the press release? Do you believe in investigative journalism at all?

“There continues to be erroneous implications in the media that Chick-fil-A changed our practices and priorities in order to obtain permission for a new restaurant in Chicago. That is incorrect. Chick-fil-A made no such concessions, and we remain true to who we are and who we have been,” Cathy wrote in his statement.

Notice how Focus on the Family and The Family Research Council are not mentioned in this document.

Seriously. Try to find them.

Notice how they use language like "organizations such as".
They're deliberately not mentioning organizations that piss off people "such as" you.

They've denied making any changes in behavior.
We only have the word of a reporter making an unsupported claim to the contrary.

OK. So if they're not denying that they've pulled financial support for these organization, and yet do not make it clear that they are in fact, supporting these organizations, doesn't that make them... you know,

dishonest?

:eusa_shifty:

On Friday, Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy said media reports claiming the restaurant chain will no longer give charitable donations to groups that oppose same-sex marriage are untrue.

Cathy issued a statement on former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee’s website, one day after Chick-fil-A released a company statement arguing that their corporate giving has been “mischaracterized” by the media.

I guess the statement from the CEO of the company isn't good enough when compared to a reporter from Chicago. ~shrug~ You know who else from Chicago lied recently about a murdered U.S. Ambassador?

So dishonesty is fine with you? I'm not that surprised.

It is soooooooooooooo much better than any fast food place in terms of cleanliness and service. My barometer of any retail establishment is the washroom. If a restaurant takes care of the washroom, then they're taking care of the kitchen. And the washroom looks not much different from the washrooms at Ruth Chris's.
This will all end soon in America, and this in regards to that for which you speak, as American liberals aren't satisfied anymore until they destroy everything that is good or quality in America, thus bringing everyone and everything down to third world status before they are satisfied. Soon the streets will even be dirt again, as I have road down some that are almost that now. People see all the break down and the pulling down that is going on in this nation, but they seem powerless anymore to stop it. To accomodate a few and their crying constantly, this nation is willing to go back to the stone ages for them wildly enough. I mean it is happening now, where as you don't see big money being re-invested in a nation that is becoming so disrespectful now of itself, and investors see the writing on the wall here. They either are locking their money up or they are investing or banking it in other nations, and this because of the slackness that has gone on here. You are right that Chic-Fil-A is very impressive in their operational standards, in which are drawn from their moral and ethical standards found in Christianity and their beliefs in these things that drive them in the quality and services in which they project and/or produce. People have enjoyed their resteraunts greatly over the years, but soon these resteraunts will be taken down to the bottom levels along with the rest of them, and by overwhelming pressures that other resteraunts have been reduced to they will fall soon as well, where as we all lose then, because we find nothing unique in the choices that we have or make anymore in America, and that is ashame it really is.
Yes, liberals will not rest until Chik Fil A's restrooms are driven down to gas station levels of cleanliness.

what a nutbar he is

i wouldn't spend my money there. i figure there's always some place else to eat.

they make good chicken though.... pity.

:clap2:

Read a little closer.

When reached for comment by the Daily News, a Chick-fil-A representative would only say the company plans to "leave the policy debate over same-sex marriage to the government and political arena," but did not confirm that the donations would end.

All right then! I'm back to avoiding chikfilet unless I need to pee (I hear they have awesome restrooms) or want some free water.

:)
