The country never did as well as it did under Clinton

    - Economy boomed
    - Low Gas Prices
    - Ran a budget surplus
    - Good environmental policies
    - Relative peace worldwide

Oh how I miss those "Good ole days"

I concur, I liked clinton which is why i voted for him in his 2nd term. Yeah yeah he lied under oath and cheated on the hillabeast but as president he actually REDUCED OUR DEBT....which most of you know is one of my top sore spots with the last president and congress and even more sore now with this president and congress.

He may have been asleep at the al-quaeda wheel though, not sure on that one.

I went to college under clinton, Things were pretty good. Although at our college the talking point was clinton didn't lie under oath, it just depends on what "your definition of IS is".

Things were good in the late 80's right through the late 90's. Things started coming unhinged economically toward the end of his last year in office but still he didn't run a defecit.

What more can someone like me who's main issue is the national debt ask? Not much I say.

After 12 years (8 Reagan and 4 Bush Sr.) the economy was in full gear and running fine.

When Clinton was elected he was given a Cadillac economy on cruise control.

All he had to do was sit in the drivers seat and chase women as a hobby.
