It devalues the relationship. When you hang out around whores you become used to such things and learn to find it acceptable. That makes it far more difficult to actually identify a good woman in the future.

No. Not every man does that. Some of us actually have morality and values from a young age. I most certainly didn’t, even as it took me until age 40 to marry.
 
Just had a date today with a really nice American lady. I’m still seeing the Russian lady but she’s in another state for some business.

Tonight was with a BBW just a little bit bigger but very beautiful I like all sizes. And again these guys who have categories are just missing out like a certain category they only want a certain color the only western shape turn size it’s their loss….and my gain 😀

We went to a nice restaurant I got myself a filet mignon steak and she got some kind of a burger. Had a few drinks and just a great time. I have to say I had to thank all of my great heroes thank God. and Andrew Tate for motivating me and so many young men to get out there and meet a woman in real life. And thanks to all my heroes of history for motivating me.

Of course I paid for the meal as a man should. This woman I was with tonight seems to understand gender roles this is really awesome. There’s still plenty of traditional women out there but you’ll have to except some insane anti-trump ultra feminist woman for the other guys on this thread. And for the women you should always get a good man a strong man who is masculine and who will pay for the meals and not bitch about it.

To think just three years ago I was unable to feed myself stuck in the hospital.

This is a victory over the far left over the ultra feminists over these anti-American who want young men to just sit around and smoke dope all day to watch porn nonstop And never meet a woman in real life.

Nice man nice a top G is this is something that Andrew Tate was talking about… I could be any type of guy who’s very rich very wealthy or maybe in your case it’s both at least you’re in tremendous shape very strong. I’m working out myself I was in a horrible accident a few years ago so I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get to your type of muscular level but I’m going to get to what I want to I’m 6 foot one I’m just trying to get to make 190 pounds. That’ll be fine I was down to like 140 in the hospital now I’m at 165 maybe 167 it’s getting there

I cannot do the same types of workouts like benchpress is because of my spinal injury. But what do you recommend. Right now I’m doing as many planks, wall push ups, arm curls , I do some leg exercises to but I don’t think I’m getting enough resistance to get the type of muscles that I would perhaps really want. I’m doing tons and tons of walking I’m eating protein bars but I’m wondering is protein bars really the way forward or maybe just eating a bunch of meat?

I tried the carnivore diet it was tough though.

Ok cool, I wouldn’t consider myself a top gangster but thanks. Yeah I’ve always been a big guy. You have to eat a lot and lift, no real secret method or anything.

top G doesn’t necessarily mean a gangster. It just means either a guy who is wealthy and or very well fit or even just a guy who is wealthy well put together I don’t know something like that that’s what I believe it means.

Well the thing is I can’t do a lot of resistance lifting like perhaps you can. I can’t do it because of the pressure puts on my neck. My question is can I get super muscular by just doing resistance against my own body like planks for example how about tons and tons of planks and just walking a bunch what about that? And I think I need to have at least 5000 cal a day?

Protein supplements are good to get some extra protein right after a work out, but most of your protein should come from your regular food.

Maybe try the chest press machines gyms have if you can’t bench?

I think I’ve tried the chest press machine but I also have this prostate issue it makes it tough to sit on those types of material but that’s something I can go back into perhaps.

I’m trying to increase my calorie intake. Lots of chicken steak but honestly there’s times where I go too long without eating and that’s causing issues can lead to the weight loss.


Ok If you remember Rickey Henderson the baseball player. He claimed he did 100s of sit ups and push-ups a day he never touched a workout machine in his life and he’s one of the most physically fit guys to ever exist probably no body fat at all.

So is he a one in a lifetime type of case or can all people get there by just doing push-ups sit ups planks this type of thing? By there I mean very muscular just imagine Rickey Henderson

If your goal is lean muscle mass like Ricky Henderson then body weight exercises will work well. I’m more of a powerlifter, so some fat goes along with that.
