Anybody remember a movie from the 80's

In the 80's, when I was a kid, I remember watching a movie about a guy who is forced to go to traffic school (over a period of weeks) for throwing an apple core out of his car's window. I remember the main character's name is Dana.

Anyways, he meets some girl and gets together with her, and there is this scene where somehow they get together in a zero gravity environment that's pretty weird but funny.

Does anyone know the name of this movie?

I found it!!

It's called Moving Violations.....1985...great movie. Haven't seen it in years, gotta check it out.
