I think that people are sort of like lie detectors they certainly feel anomosity from body language. If you are fearfull of another race they will pick it up and there will be tension. I live in an urban area where I deal with a large number of races from a day to day basis. In most cases my dealings are freindly, only in rare cases do I see race tension and that is normaly from people that are already upset. A big thing I have noticed about all races is that if they are already upset they sure love company!
