And so it begins. 2 black teens in Sanford FL attacks and almost kills a 50 year old

Because the dumb asses need something to be outraged about. To think, that someone would actually be charged for gunning down an unarmed teenager that has a bag of skittles and a can of iced tea. Capital crime.
Well, there is a bit more to the case, but don't let any facts get in your way.

You haven't ever before, so it's not surprising that you fail now, too.

Dumb ass. Zimmerman followed the kid at night and had a gun. His comments on the recordings were a good indictation of his mindset. He confronted the kid and killed him. What else is there to say?

From the confrontation to when the police arrived, we have only Zimmerman's story. The kid is dead and cannot tell his side.

I hope that there is a hell of a lawsuit against the Home Owners Association, and that it results in one big settlement. In any sane Neighborhood Watch, the participants do not carry guns, and only report to the police what the see.

hey Rocks when that White guy was beat to a pulp by the Cops out here in Fullerton, and then some of it was covered up......how come you were not in that thread acting like you are in the Florida case thread?....cant be Politically Correct if the victim is White,so why bother?....

Why the fuck are you not down at the court house making a big deal out of it? That is your duty as a citizen. Do you not realize that?

Actually, that is NOT a fact. He was arrested, but not charged. The law in Florida prevented that.

The law that doesn't apply to this case except perhaps on behalf of young Mr. Martin.

Since we know the law doesn't apply to Zimmerman, he should have been arrested a long time ago.
You can quote the part of the law that exempts Zimmerman, right?
Seabytch doesn't have a clue. But the lefties all say it must be so so it must be so.

Sis, you are a real piece of work. State that you are a scientist, then denigrate all of your fellow scientists. Now you are defending murder.

What murder would that be?

Actions have consequences.

If you don't arrest murderers, people think law and order might have broken down.

SEE HOW THAT WORKS?

Oh, and in case no one read the piece in the OP, the Orlando Sentinel ONLY mentions race in the Zimmerman case. Their policy is to censor race out, otherwise. Otherwise their policy is to exclude race. In this case, the Orlando Sentinel even asked the public to be on the look out for the perps, but didn't describe their most obvious physical feature (they were avg. build and height) - that they are Black. They also failed to mention the race of the victim - almost beaten to death with a hammer - and he is white.

But, the paper talks about race in the Zimmerman case.

Great censoring, Orlando Sentinel! I'd say they don't just censor, they also selectively edit.

The press in general is a disaster.

They were arrested and will be tried for their crimes, as is proper. Zimmerman has not been, and may well not be. And you wingnuts are cheering for that injustice.

Please list the crimes you believe Zimmerman has committed.

Somewhere between murder one and manslaughter, depending on who was screaming for help.

You know this because you were on the jury?
Whoops.
That's called "self defense", Morton. ANd it isn't a crime at all.

Well, for one to believe that I denigrate fellow scientists - ones not involved in scientific misconduct - you'll have to link to where I do that.

As you can't, I have no need to wait for that.

Regardless, you'll quote the law that shows that Zimmerman committed murder and/or is exempt from this SYG law, right?

And, for the idiots that are in a perpetual state of confusing, defending the PROCESS is not the equivalent of defending a person.

:lmao:

Some folks are quite upset, privately, that I asked for the actual law.

Damn the PROCESS! Lynch the motherfucker!!!!

How about a quote from the moron that signed the bill into law?

Jeb Bush: 'Stand Your Ground' Doesn't Apply in Trayvon Case

I asked for the actual law.

You DO know that what any lawmaker says AFTER the law is passed is just wind from a politician. That's all it is. It has nothing to do with the LAW and has zero probative value.

Now, you will quote the LAW that exempts Zimmerman, right? That's what you claimed, so I would like to see the law that exempts him from being covered.

TIA.

What I don't understand is how some people can defend a vigilante killer. If Zimmerman had stayed in his vehicle and not pursued Martin like the dispatcher told him to, Martin wouldn't be dead. If Zimmerman had simply been charged with the crime, there would be no national news. It really is THAT simple.

What does Florida’s "Stand Your Ground" Law Really Say?

This article makes it very clear why "stand your ground" doesn't apply to Zimmerman...who pursued the now dead kid.
You know a media article is not the law, right?

Quote the LAW, because that's all that count in the PROCESS (other than evidence, intent of lawmakers BEFORE the law is passed, etc.).

The PROCESS.

The LAW.

The media is not the law.

The law is clear...stand your ground doesn't apply to Zimmerman. He should be charged...just like the lead police officer recommended on the night he gunned down an innocent kid.

Quote the LAW that shows it does not apply to Zimmerman.

Your "article" doesn't explain it at all. Sure it quotes the law, but then the writer goes on to argue something that isn't even IN the law.

The writer does not address the actual LAW, rather he addresses something else not IN THE LAW.

Show us the LAW that exempts Zimmerman. THAT is what matters in the PROCESS.
