The Justice Department CANNOT indict a sitting President, period. In order for the Justice Department to indict trump, would have to be impeached by the House and removed from office by the Senate. And then, and only then, could the Justice department indict him on anything because he would no longer be a sitting president. I don't wonder that you don't feel the need to read it.
