The bottom line is that Rowe remains a stand-up guy who believes in America and Americans, and Ayers, Obama, CC and Pogo are anti-American pieces of shit who don't understand why terrorism and murder is considered *bad* while patriotism, a sound work ethic and an upright moral compass is considered *good*.

So tell me again how 'upright moral compass' relates to Beck. The guy is a revisionist history, spin machine. If you can't see how that might be damaging to the well functioning of this country, I don't know what to say.

Because process engineering and program engineering require pragmatism and problem solving skills, they are utterly at odds with leftism. Design engineering requires absolute and immutable fact, thus it also is incompatible with leftism.

So that said, just what sort of engineering do you do that allows you to employ the fuzzy thinking that leftism is based on?

I don't lump everyone I disagree with into the immoral camp. It's the fact that Glenn Beck has an inordinate influence over his audience and derives a substantial income from them by presenting disinformation that is damaging to the well functioning of this country that I believe is immoral.

I develop algorithms with a statistical and perceptual component to them that I suppose allows me to see beyond black and white. As for being a leftist, I could only be considered that by someone who is ideologically so far to the right that nothing besides black and white thinking is possible.

I don't have a problem with people who worked their asses off and built a business (unless it's some parasitic thing like medical insurance claim processing or something). It's the upper eschelon of the corporatocracy who is impoverishing the working class for their own gain that I take issue with.
