Okay, against my better judgment, I'll give this a shot. Two things:

First, I think the paragraph of your signature to which you refer says: Total Pub Propaganda BS: ACORN, Kenyan Muslim Marxist,Tides, Mosque, Death Panel, lose your doctor, huge costs, DEBT CRISIS, Obama Recession, stimulus failed, Barney Frank, Nazi Soros, Nazi socialists, Volt suqs, Iran making bomb etc etc. -- I can't speak for Republicans, but I'm not aware of any of this being in the GOP platform. On the other hand, I don't have the GOP platform in front of me. Do you have a link?

Second, to my original point -- that both ends of the spectrum love to tell me they have a vice-like grip on The Truth -- I see a politicized use of the term The Truth all the time. Evidently The Truth means "my version of the facts based on my whacked-out ideology", because most Truth I see from both silly sides is nothing more than one-sided, closed-minded rhetoric. And sadly, I detect absolutely no indication that such silliness is changing. I must say, my favorite line in this area is "speaking Truth to power", which makes absolutely no sense to me and makes me giggle every time I hear it.
