A "groundbreaking" bill

A Democratic lawmaker has introduced a bill he calls "groundbreaking" that would require all new cars sold in California to be equipped with a device preventing them from traveling more than 10 mph over the speed limit.

Nah, democrats don't want to control your life.

Where will it end? It doesn't.

Different methods could be employed, but an absolutely great idea.

Except for those who support crime, recklessness, injury and death.

Imagine how great this would be in school zones and such. :)

I have my concerns about doing it, but I am open to something

It used to be called a Govenor, Govenor. Going to make the high speed Police chase a bit easier.

If they limit your charge you won't have battery power to go far anyways. If you vote for Trump or live in costly zip code you will be limited to your worksite address and straight back with one trip to Safeway per week. They will calculate what you need and shut off charge remotely.
