A Democrat's rebuttal to typical Republican complaints about Democrats

You have gone on and on and on, except that no one cares about Hunter Biden, and the rest of your post is partisan bullshit.

There are no 87,000 armed IRS agents.

As for giving baby formula to migrants in detention, are you seriously saying that the US government should starve people in federal custody???? When you arrest people, you're not supposed to murder their children. The law suits would make that $450,000 being paid to the families who were illegally separated and whose children Trump kidnapped and lost, look like chump change.
Of course you don't care about Hunter Biden. At least you admit it. Most of your Klan can't.

The following are Typical Republican complaints highlighted in red (what other color would be more appropriate than red, eh?), and the complaints are not about any particular poster, or any particular Republican, but they are common enough that I have listed them here, and my rebuttal (given that I'm a traditional Democrat, with a dash of libertarian). Links and substantiation is provided where words are underlined.

Some forty or so years ago, during the Reagan era, I was a moderate Republican. I switched parties because of Republican's lies about Democrats and the right's fundamental misunderstandings on the proper governance of nations.

The point is, if I believed half of what Republicans claim about Democrats, I'd still be a Republican.

Democrats are violating the Constitution

No president has violated the constitution more than Trump, to wit:

Emoluments Clause: Trump made up to $160 million from foreign countries as president

Impeachment charges: Trump was impeached twice by the House of Representatives – first, for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress in the Ukraine scandal, and second, for incitement of insurrection in relation to the Capitol riot.

Obstruction of justice: Trump's actions during the Russia investigation, as detailed in the Mueller Report, constituted obstruction of justice. Trump violated the Constitution en mass by defying Congressional subpoenas and ordering his underlings same.

First Amendment: Trump's actions against the press, such as revoking press credentials and calling for changes in libel laws, threatened First Amendment rights.

Separation of powers: Trump's use of executive orders and emergency powers to bypass Congress, such as reallocating funds for his border wall, violated the separation of powers outlined in the Constitution.

Pardons: Trump's corrupt use of the presidential pardon power, particularly for allies and supporters, could be seen as an abuse of that power.

Violating the right to due process: Trump's immigration policies, such as the family separation policy and travel ban, may have violated the due process rights of affected individuals.

Census controversy: Trump's attempt to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census, which was blocked by the Supreme Court, was seen by some as a potential violation of the Constitution's requirement for an "actual Enumeration" of the population.

Biden and Dems are breaking laws

Trump has broken more laws than any President in history

Biden is trampling on our Constitutional rights

That' rich given that Trump wanted to terminate parts of the constitution:

Biden and Dems need to stop being authoritarian socialists trying to run every single aspect of our lives

That's rich given that Republicans have succeeded in repealing women's privacy and reproductive rights.

Biden should stop with the corrupt 3rd world banana republic two-tiered justice system where they elevate themselves above Constitution, law, and accountability

That's rich given that AG Bill Barr and Trump corrupted and weaponized the DOJ

Democrats need to stop with the never-ending, hate-driven, criminal crusade against Trump

Trump is the most criminal, most corrupt president in history. All attempts to hold him accountable are noble and just.

Democrats need to stop being corrupt, criminal, greedy, power-hungry, self-enriching, CCP-Compromised sell-outs trying to destroy the country

The perfect description of Donald Trump, how nice of you Repubs to list it all in one convenient sentence!

Democrats need to stop targeting, sexualizing children, gender confusing, LGBTQ Indoctrinating our kids and mutilating their genitals

If such are your words, and they are similar to the words used by some, if not by most, on the right, noting that they are weasel words of hate. This destroys your credibility.

No one on the left recommends sex change operations for children 16 and under (and it is not happening, though if you do produce and document such happening, I view it as criminal child abuse), and between the ages 16-18 it is extremely rare. Personally, I'm against puberty blockers and all such operations under the age of consent, I view it as criminal.

My, if such are typical of your words, then I can only surmise your hatred of our gay brethren, and that means you hate animals, too, since same sex preference is also abundant in the wild. The conclusion may seem engaging in hysterics, but it's a response comparable to the charge.

My biggest complaint about the Demwit Party is that they're a bunch of RumpHoles.
Bravo, ActionJackson, and congratulations, you have thus joined the Elite Fraternity of the Fish!
I now know in which category to place you!

Classic partisan dancing. Rather than defend your side, rather than make the case that your side is actually good, you deflect by pointing fingers at the other side and insisting that they are worse. You don't even try to pretend your party doesn't suck. Pathetic.
You have a fertile imagination, dblack. Nothing in my post remotely is framed in the spin that you have thus spun it.

and I could have posted many good things about my party, but had I done so, the TLDRs would descend on me in droves.

So, alas, we cannot win with Republicans, no matter what we post. Isn't that right, dblack? It wouldn't matter what I would post, you'd nothing good about it. So why bother?

But, you forget one detail. you have no refuted any of the dastardly things I've pointed out about Republicans and Trump.

OK, look at the disasters the corrupt Biden Crime Family gave the US, I'll refute the OP in my next post

Everything Xiden, aka “poopy pants” touches turns to shit
You're spam list doesn't rise above rant words, generalities, mistatements of fact and outright lies.

But, here's the truth, which you choose to ignore, which makes you ignorant:

Biden

1. Passed the bipartisan infrastructure package to increase investment in the national network of bridges and roads, airports, public transport and national broadband internet, as well as waterways and energy systems.

2. Helped get more than 500 million life-saving COVID-19 vaccinations in the arms of Americans through the American Rescue Plan.

3. Stopped a 30-year streak of federal inaction on gun violence by signing the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act that created enhanced background checks, closed the “boyfriend” loophole and provided funds for youth mental health.

4. Made a $369 billion investment in climate change, the largest in American history, through the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

5. Ended the longest war in American history by pulling the troops out of Afghanistan, something only Trump paid lip service to.

6. Provided $10,000 to $20,000 in college debt relief to Americans with loans who make under $125,000 a year. (on hold, still being litigated)

7. Cut child poverty in half through the American Rescue Plan.

8. Capped prescription drug prices at $2,000 per year for seniors on Medicare through the Inflation Reduction Act.

9. Passed the COVID-19 relief deal that provided payments of up to $1,400 to many struggling U.S. citizens while supporting renters and increasing unemployment benefits.

10. Achieved historically low unemployment rates after the pandemic caused them to skyrocket.

11. Imposed a 15% minimum corporate tax on some of the largest corporations in the country, ensuring that they pay their fair share, as part of the historic Inflation Reduction Act.

12. Recommitted America to the global fight against climate change by rejoining the Paris Agreement.

13. Strengthened the NATO alliance in support of Ukraine after the Russian invasion by endorsing the inclusion of world military powers Sweden and Finland.

14. Authorized the assassination of the Al Qaeda terrorist Ayman al-Zawahiri, who became head of the organization after the death of Osama bin Laden.

15. Gave Medicare the power to negotiate prescription drug prices through the Inflation Reduction Act while also reducing government health spending.

16. Held Vladimir Putin accountable for his invasion of Ukraine by imposing stiff economic sanctions.

17. Boosted the budget of the Internal Revenue Service by nearly $80 billion to reduce tax evasion and increase revenue.

18. Created more jobs in one year (6.6 million) than any other president in U.S. history.

19. Reduced healthcare premiums under the Affordable Care Act by $800 a year as part of the American Rescue Plan.

20. Signed the PACT Act to address service members’ exposure to burn pits and other toxins.

21. Signed the CHIPS and Science Act to strengthen American manufacturing and innovation.

22. Reauthorized the Violence Against Women Act through 2027.

23. Halted all federal executions after the previous administration reinstated them after a 17-year freeze.

Not bad for a man with "dementia", and that doddering old man beat Trump by 7 million votes.

The glaringly obvious fact is that the worst president in US History is Donald Trump, but one thing it proves, you can't trust Republicans to see what is in front of them, they see only what they want to see, and whatever will forward the right wing agenda is all they can see, and they will filter out reality to see it.
Unfortunately for Republicans, their 'MAGA' Trumpism is on its way to become a mere asterisk in the annals of history, a bump in America's road to maintain democracy, and will ultimately wind up in the dustbin of history.

As president, Trump was a threat to US National Security Because of....

His debt to foreign banks is a national security threat.

His incessant undermining public faith in elections is a national security threat.

His incessant assertion that the press is the enemy of the people undermine public confidence in the very thing that protects them from tyranny, i.e., a vigorous and free press, which is a threat to liberal democracy, and a national security threat.

His contempt of congress and obstruction of justice is a threat to national security

His attempt to use the DOJ for political ends is a threat to national security

His hiring lobbyists to the cabinet posts they fought against is a threat to national security

His failure to grasp the seriousness of climate change is a threat to national security ( this is the big one)

His gutting the state department, leaving half of the ambassadorships unfilled is a threat to national security

His hiring of incompetent persons is a threat national security.

His incompetence handling Covid is a threat to national security

the unprecedented turnover in the white house is a threat to national security

His tendency to hire sycophants/yes men, and fire those who speak truth to power is a threat to national security.

His lack of knowledge of US history, lack of knowledge of civics, and many things along these lines, is a threat to national security

His arrogance and total lack of empathy, and total lack of humility, plus the above, means he is unfit for the job and his unfitness is a threat to national security.

His nepotism is a threat to national security.

His spending too much time watching TV and tweeting and playing golf is a threat to national security ( well, it's not good, let's just say that much )

His imposing tariffs which caused farmers to permanently lose markets is a threat to national security

His corruption, bilking of the US Taxpayer to the tune of $16 million from entourage stays in his hotels and resorts, all of which his family has profited and his nepotism, allowing his daughter in law to win millions of dollars worth of China trademarks while he was negotiating with China, his allowing Jared to garner a $500 million bailout from QATAR, all of which is a threat to national security

His nauseating fawning over Putin whose objective is to destroy and/or greatly diminish America's standing in the world, is a threat to national security

His incessant egregious lying, i.,e., "Truth Decay" is a threat to national security

His usurping the Senate by appointing 'acting' heads of departments of whom the president is supposed to appoint and be confirmed by the Senate, the acting heads cause more instability and decrease of moral in the rank and file in those departments,
is a threat to national security

His firing of Comey, which was detrimental to the morale of the rank and file of the FBI, and Trump's scapegoating the FBI, and undermining a once trusted American institution (post Hoover, of course). is a threat to national security

His acquiescing to Erdogan by allowing DOJ to interfere in US Attorney's office investigation of a Turkish bank because it will adversely affect members of Erdogan's family, noting that Erdogan tried to do it with Obama, and his DOJ refused, but Erdogan is finding Trump a pliant president, noting that Trump abandoning the kurds, who were instrumental in helping us in the Iraq war, whose members died for America, Trump did this to appease Erdogan, whereupon the vacuum that that pull out created forced the Kurds to turn to Russia, thus increasing Russia's influence in the region, noting that Trump has property in Turkey, is a threat to national security

His decision to begin the process of withdrawing the United States from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty will end an arms control agreement with Russia that has been a centerpiece of European security since the Cold War. The move, meant to penalize Russia for noncompliance, is likely to alarm the international community, particularly Europe, and cause fears that the US and Russia could enter a new nuclear arms race is a threat to national security

His pulling out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, A massive trade deal meant to counteract China's economic power. Trump ran on a promise to spike the plan, saying it was unfair to American workers. The pact was never officially adopted by Congress. The other 11 nations have carried on without the US, the void this pullout caused allowed China to gain considerable influence over international Trade in the affected regions. The partnership was an agreement that was the result of many years of negotiation is a threat to national security

His pullout of the Iran nuclear deal. Despite criticism, the deal bought America about 15 years of time to work on ways to thwart their development of nukes, and without the deal, they are restored to their pre-agreement abilities, with one difference, their money in banks, which was frozen, is now in their hands, so we don't have the benefit of the agreement nor the benefit of the freeze on their funds is a threat to national security

His receiving a $500 million dollar loan from Deutsche Bank while simultaneously a deposit that amount was made to that bank, the money coming from a Russian state bank ( which means Putin controlled ) which makes Trump beholden to Putin, which explains his refusal to criticize Putin, or do much about Russian election interference is a threat to national security
.
His appointing a Secretary of Commerce who was the VP of the real estate loan department at Deustche Bank when Trump was getting many loans from Deutsche Bank is a threat to national security

His failure to grasp certain fundamental economic concepts, his contentions which are essentially false, such as 'Tariffs are paid by China" ( no, they are paid by Americans ) is a threat to national security

His appointing of a Postmaster General whose apparent mission was to slow down mail in ballots from arriving on time, noting that this postmaster general (Dejoy) has failed to comply with a court order to expedite the mail in ballots is a threat to national security

His 'tax cut' which was nothing more than largesse for the superrich, and crumbs for everyone else thus causing deficits to careen to levels history has never seen is a threat to national security

His repeal of many important environmental regulations is a threat to national security.

And this is at the top of my head, who knows what I'll find if I research it.

LIAR.
Here is another ad. You type lies, and I post credible links.
The ad for 87,000 new armed IRS agents "willing to use deadly force" was real.

Democrats are turning the Federal government into their Gestapo.

You're a liar in the first degree. If you've ever been hounded by the IRS you'd know this is not true.

Once upon a time, years ago, during Obama, I owed a lot of money to the IRS.

So, here is how it really goes down, no where near the 'gestapo' lie you are perpetuating:

You merely get a nice letter, reminding you of how much you owe, and a remittance envelop.

If you don't respond, a couple of months later, another one. Slightly more stern in it's warning.

This goes on for about 5 - 7 letters, each one a bit strongly worded than the previous one.

The final one, many months later, warns you that they are about to seize your assets.

That is when you call them, and work out a payment plan.

That is precisely what happened ot me. No IRS agent blasting down my doors with AR 15's ablaze in the dead of night with no warning, as you are implying, ever so falsely. And, today, I'm proud to say I am current on my taxes.

Now, after all that, if I hadn't responded, maybe then they would have just seized my bank account, other assets, but at that juncture, they would be justified, and that is the one detail YOU FAIL TO UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEGE which makes you a liar. at no point are there guys with guns coming after me, there is no need. They will do that in major crime cases, drug cases, and that kind of thing.

Anotehr thing you are lying about is that the 87,000 agents are hired over a long period of time, replacing retirees, etc.

You make it sound lke they are hiring and army to go after innocent taxpayers, and that is the biggest lie ever told, just one of many lies being told By Republicans.

The GOP is one big fucktangle of liars, grifters, criminals and conmen.

1. Every one of my Biden disasters is TRUE. Every one can be found using google.

2. How is your #3 working out? Gun violence seems worse than ever. Maybe we need to keep guns away from crazies? We need a law that requires shrinks and therapists to "red-flag" people so they can't buy guns. I'm even for requiring a "gun carry permit" from the local police department before you can buy a gun. The local police can question the individual as to why they want a gun, and if they need training before being allowed to purchase one.

3. Your #5, the disastrous pullout of AFG was a real military disaster. Biden should have listened to his generals and not let $85b of US equipment fall into the hands of the Taliban.

4. Your #13 is a lie. Britain and France hold Biden IN CONTEMPT for his AFG pullout, Biden weakened NATO, Trump was praised by Stoltenberg for gettng the NATO deadbeats to pay the fuck up, $100b more.

5. Medicare and Social Security are still going bankrupt on Biden's watch.

6. You can post bullshit about Trump, but what you can't hide is the FACT that Joe Biden is NOT a real president. Joe Biden is a figurehead who reads what he is told to read, nothing more. Joe Biden can't do a real press conference, he does not have command of the facts or the rationale' for decisions. Trump was a real president, not just a senile figurehead like Joe Biden.

We'll see if Joe Biden can even run for president in 2024. He looks to be fading fast.

Not if you have a 40,000 dollar line before the flat tax hits....then the poor pay nothing...you doofus.

And yet, when an idiot like you says "corporations," don't pay their fair share, you don't seem to understand that when you put any tax on a corporation, you are just taxing their customers.....the middle class and the poor with a regressive tax...you idiot.
Debates Go Nowhere Because of Key Omissions

How can you deny that imposing a 100% tax on all inheritances over $100,000 would eliminate all other taxes? On the 1% alone, that would give us $3 trillion a year.

Another thing you are lying about is that the 87,000 agents are hired over a long period of time, replacing retirees, etc.
You make it sound like they are hiring an army to go after innocent taxpayers, and that is the biggest lie ever told, just one of many lies being told By Republicans.
The GOP is one big fucktangle of liars, grifters, criminals and conmen.
1. I post facts from an article from Newsweek and you call me a liar. All you do is type lies.

2. The Biden admin IRS did IN FACT post ads for IRS agents willing to kill. If you disagree with that fact you are the liar.
"The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) removed the requirement that special-agent applicants carry firearms and "be willing to use deadly force" from a job listing."

3. Why would the IRS want agents "willing to kill"? Sounds like the Gestapo to me.

1. Every one of my Biden disasters is TRUE. Every one can be found using google.

2. How is your #3 working out? Gun violence seems worse than ever. Maybe we need to keep guns away from crazies? We need as law that requires shrinks and therapists to "red-flag" people so they can't buy guns. I'm even for requiring a "gun carry permit" from the local police department before you can buy a gun. The police can question the individual as to why they want a gun, and if they need training before being allowed to purchase one.
Hate crimes spiked when Trump took office.
3. Your #5, the disastrous pullout of AFG was a disaster. Biden should have listened to his generals.
Trump invited the Taliban terrorists to Camp David. He chased out the AFgan government and did a deal with the taliban, who are terrorists.
Then, despite his promise for four years he would pull out, he chickened out and kicked the can to Biden, leaving him with fewer options.
At least Biden had the courage to do IT
4. Your #13 is a lie. Britain and France hold Biden IN CONTEMPT for his AFG pullout, Biden weakened NATO, Trump was praised by Stoltenberg for gettng the NATO deadbeats to pay the fuck up, $100b more.
BFD, Yes, there were issues in the pullout, but TRUMP DID NOT HAVE THE COURAGE TO DO IT.
AND Biden did help get Finland into Nato: Biden formalizes US support for Finland, Sweden joining NATO
5. Medicare and Social Security are still going bankrupt.
A Republican lie being told since I was in my 20s, an I'm 72 now.

You can't refute what I posted in the previous post. EVERYTHING I POSTED IS TRUE AND VERIFIABLE.

You are a fucking liar in the first Degree. Trump is a threat to national security, and you can't refute it.

In the big crime scofflaw cases, maybe, but not to average folks, and I know this first hand.

Debates Go Nowhere Because of Key Omissions

How can you deny that imposing a 100% tax on all inheritances over $100,000 would eliminate all other taxes? On the 1% alone, that would give us $3 trillion a year.

Yeah.....and the people who you are stealing that money from? Are just going to keep producing so you can just steal it?

You guys.......

Tell you what, since you believe in fantasies...why don't we just use pixie dust instead of money......and that way we can have as much pixie dust as we want....

/——/ it’s been explained to Libs numerous times that corporations pass taxes on to the consumer, but it’s one of their tax the rich talking points, so they won’t stop using it.
If Economics Weren't Such a Backward Science, No Scrooge Could Get Away With This Liar's Logic

Raising prices, for whatever reason, reduces sales and profits. So the corporations are going to have to take the hit anyway. They lie about what goes on in the marketplace because they want to trick consumers into demanding that the government should lower corporate taxes. They push the same dishonest propaganda about union-settlement wage increases.

So, alas, we cannot win with Republicans, no matter what we post. Isn't that right, dblack?
I can't care. I'm not a Republican. I'm just sick and tired of watching partisan idiots sink the nation. Both parties suck and you don't even pretend otherwise. Yet you keep voting for them, over and over again, like brain dead slaves.

Send Them Back to the Crumbling Castles of Europe Where They Belong

Quit lying about who gets the money under this Preppy Republic, the spoiled-rotten heirs who produced nothing but babysitters' bills.

A real man, and a real American says, "If we have to do it on our own, so must the brats of the rich." HeirHeads, with their unearned advanced placement, get in our way and must be pushed out of the American Way.

/——-/ When you raise corporate taxes all corporations are affected. That means every single thing in the manufacturing, delivery, and sale goes up for everyone. So, everyone raises their prices.
