OK, before the left comes on and starts with the usual canards that his is nothing but a political hack piece, let us take the claims one at a time. Is the following true or not? Why or why not?

1) Carried out military interventionism in Libya without Congressional approval

In June 2011, U.S. Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) said that Obama had violated the Constitution when he launched military operations in Libya without Congressional approval.

My answer is yes he did carry out military internvetion, without Congressional approval. But the next logical question is, did he need Congressional approval. And no, what past Presidents did or didn't do does not matter.
