20+ Conservatives who vow not to support Trump

UPDATED: 20-Plus Conservative Pundits Who Have Vowed Not To Support Trump If He's The Nominee

This was March. I expect the list has grown. So when is Donnie going to unite the GOP. Maybe he can threaten everyone with a law suit! That will do it...:badgrin::badgrin::badgrin:
It's irrelevant and they are irrelevant. Trump doesn't need their votes and thats the dirty little secret they don't want to get out. He secured the nomination without them he'll win the GE without them. Ask Romney and McCain how a united party and the support of RWNJ's helped them.

Nobody cares about the #nevertrumpers, but the nevertrumpers. They are irrelevant and cannot impact the general election
Uh . . . you are absolutely, amazingly wrong.

Trump needs his party's voters, because the cross over from Dems is almost non-existent in terms of visible numbers.

ck, blacks and browns and women and many white men are going to stick it to Trump.

Jake I luv ya brother but you haven't been right about one thing so far about Trump. I have. You watch the TV too much.

Come November the exit polls will shock everyone that bought into the false narrative being spewed from the pundits and MSM. Have you not learned anything yet? JAKE......TURN OFF THE TV

The lesson will be simple..."Welcome to the Real World Mister Trump." The Latinos, the Black, the Women. the disabled community. They are coming out in record numbers, and you can't even get 85% of the GOP to support you. THIS IS NOT THE PRIMARIES MISTER TRUMP! THIS IS THE REAL WORLD!

What's funny is the claim that they are coming out to fight trump....

Notice there is no real enticement on the part of the democrats to make them join......just dumptrump.

Even the party of free goodies is having a tough time.

And the primaries are part of the real world.

These groups have never supported the GOP. So what ?

I recognize two of those faces.

I will likely vote for Trump unless Bernie is nominated.

I don't like him.

Why would I give a rat's ass about these people ?

Trump is nominated.

What do they hope to gain by doing this.....

To me Beck and Levin just fall into the category of sore losers who have wasted so much time complaining and not developing and selling a rational game plan that they now get to taste the fruits of their belching in the form of Dump.

...and yet you really really hate cons. Must cause you so much angst...you poor bastard.

Hate? I doubt it. Hate is a very strong emotion, one which borders on hysteria. It is common among extremists, and the current iteration of conservatives has devolved into an extreme ideology, which is hysterical and borders on paranoia.

If the Trump haters aren't HYSTERICAL, then NOTHING can be called HYSTERICAL.

Jimbo is about as hysterical as they come. He is shitting himself daily at the thought of a Trump presidency, yet Cankles is clearly much much MUCH WORSE!!!

And yet just a short 8 years ago, Trump thought she'd make a great president.

"Less than a decade ago, Donald Trump could be spotted on TV or in print gushing over Hillary Clinton. He publicly praised her health care plan (it had an individual mandate). He said he liked Clinton and her husband “very much.” He said she would do a good job negotiating with Iran.

During the heat of the 2008 campaign, Trump took to his own blog to praise Clinton, writing that she’d make a great president.

“Hillary Clinton said she’d consider naming Barack Obama as her vice-president when she gets the nomination, but she’s nowhere near a shoo-in,” wrote The Donald about the heated Democratic primary in 2008. “For his part, Obama said he’s just focused on winning the nomination, although at least one member of his team said Clinton would make a good vice-president. (I know Hillary and I think she’d make a great president or vice-president.)”

Donald Trump Once Blogged That Hillary Clinton Would Make A Great President

I don't hate Trump. In fact, I've always liked him, whenever I saw him on talk shows and the like, I always saw him as a curmudgeon (I like curmudgeons lol).

My issue with Trump is one of trust. No, I don't trust that he will do what he is saying. I don't trust that his overnight conservatism claim is anything more than pandering to get votes. Had his positions morphed over a period of time I'd view things differently . But they didn't. I don't trust that he won't govern from the same left place that clinton will. And if I don't see much of a difference between trump and clinton, why should I vote? If clinton gets in we will be in the shitter even more and 2020 should be a shoo in for an R. And (hopefully) someone with fiscally conservative principles will get voted in then.

Can we get any more of the MOTL talking points ?

How can you refuse to vote for Trump because he is untrustworthy, yet vote for Hillary?

Are you for real?

Any campaign waged by any candidate that does no champion solutions but is just a smear campaign against their opponent will fail. The cynicism of the voters is palpable. A negative campaign will reinforce that meme. "Take a look at the other guy and think about how terrible they are!" That's no way to inspire voters.

And that's all Trump has.

That is funny.....

Obama took Romney out with a smear campaign and never produced anything in the way of solutions in 2012.

How does that fit your claim ?

Oh...and wasn't it Obama who promised not to run if the economy wasn't better......?
What smear campaign? And do you really want to claim the economy isn't in better shape?

You were out of the country during the campaign ?

Obama and Co. basically launched an attack on Romney linking him to Bain and never letting up.

1. It kept the heat off Obama who had promised not to run if unemployment didn't drop below a certain level.
2. It kept the focus off issues.

Go back and study up on it.

Why would you ask your second question ? Do you really not think before asking ? Today's economy isn't relevant to my comments.

Uh, where did I say I would vote for clinton? I wouldn't vote for her if I was held at gunpoint.

My choice is between Trump and the sofa. The sofa is winning atm.

What are "fiscally conservative principles"? We see the term conservative principles in print and hear it on the radio and TV regularly, but no one has proffered a list. Since you have hope someone in the future will be elected POTUS who holds these principles, and I presume will govern both fiscally and socially guided by these principles, it would be nice if someone would post them so they can be evaluated.

If by fiscally conservative principles you mean they are in line with austerity and the mind set of the Tea Party, count me out. Such an ideology fails the test of being fiscally responsible and pragmatic.

If by socially conservative it means making second class citizens of other Americans, count me out.

Not voting FOR Trump is a vote for the Pantsuit. I get not voting altogether...as the two choices are terrible. However, IMO she is a far greater danger to world peace than is Trump. Add in all her lies, corruption, elitism (she clearly is owned by Wall Street and the Oligarchy) and you have a candidate that really sucks. We know she will continue what Obama has started. Borders wide open....lots of illegals and who knows? Maybe lots of terrorists. She loves big government and the surveillance state. The descriptions of her are ALL bad and are endless...

Your opinions are not facts, if you believe they are post the evidence. As far as I am concerned, this post of yours has less substance than an echo.

As for being a member of the oligarchy, which is the power elite which owns our nation, both Trump and Clinton have greater influence on the course of our nation today, than do you or I or anyone who posts on forums such as this.

Thinking people have watched the debates of both major parties, HRC is the most measured and controlled person, iMO, and she is the most experienced by far of any of the others who sought the nomination of their respective party.
