11 year old thug arrested after threatening teacher, principal and resisting arrest in school

The kid should have been taught some respect for the flag and his country and his fellow citizens.

Funny, you only care about our freedoms, when some one is using our freedoms to disrespect America and Americans.
Our rights and freedoms are far more important than your delicate hurt feelings.
Apparently some people believe that Constitutional rights only apply if everyone is ok with it, that they don't make waves, that they don't cause others to become upset, that they aren't hard.

The constitution has zero to do with this, and to keep tossing it in here just cheapens it. The first amendment does not absolve one from consequences. Every day nation wide kids don’t stand for the pledge and nothing happens. From my elementary days I can recall three kids who did not stand. This was some dumb hood rats kid that was put up to pulling a stunt. The teacher should have known better then to argue with an 11 year old and just had him sit out in the hall when it all started.
So, the 11 year old doesn't have Constitutional rights? Is that what you are saying?

No, everyone does, it the first amendment does not absolve them of the consequences. Like the baker. He had to fight a huge and costly legal battle. If I chose I can peel my cloths off and run across a baseball field with “save the whales” written across my ass, but I’ll still get tossed in jail. This kid was done a disservice by his parents, and really this teacher. That aside, this little brat knows jack shit about the constitution. He was just being a shit.
I'm willing to bet that he knows more about the constitution that you do. How does his silent protest compare to your running around naked in public. That is fucking idiotic!

You forgot to qualify your post with “I’m Jewish” .

In that case a child can say what they want when ever they want? Maybe you should report me to CPS then because in this house children earn their first amendment rights. They get them when we know they won’t do retarded shit like this kid did.
The Pledge of Allegiance and Legal Challenges in Education - FindLaw

Might want to read that link......you are not the government....schools are.

Yup and I have first hand knowledge on how that works as I will be on my fifth kid here in about 8 weeks, that and I work for a school district. It works like this, the parent sends a note to school stating the child will not stand for the pledge. That’s it. Done and done.
If you work for a school district then you know that the sub mishandled the situation and escalated it. That's why she was let go.

I already said that. And the sub has been taken care of the right way. The child need a three day vacation with the school rule book to. And his hoodrat parents would be served well by reading that student hand book to.
You still seem to think that the school can force the kid to stand.

And the point keeps traveling over your head. Listen close, the boy don’t have to stand. Every day across America class starts with the pledge. Many kids don’t stand. Many do and not a thing happens other then their day beginning and ending. This kids parents used him as a prop. They wanted ther fifteen minutes. That aside, the child disrupted the class and should be suspended.

I guarantee you that this kid has increased his chances of being a loser big time. Unless the progressive socialists save face by investing big time money to make him a success.
Yep, it is going to be difficult with a bunch of cowardly peice of shit righties that like to pick on an eleven year old. The good news is he likely has a dad that will knock thier stupid bitch asses out.

You'r really out of touch, aren't you?

1. It is not likely that he has a dad at all.

2. No one on the right will be looking to fuck up this kid's life. His mom did that already. And he is rapidly taking responsibility for that too.
So....his mom was wrong to teach him his 1st Amendment rights? Interesting take on Constitutional knowledge being bad........hmmmmmm.
According to the right any knowledge is bad these days. When a political party condems higher education it is a clear sign they like thier members to be dumb as a rock so they can minipulate them. Strange they are not smart enough to see this.

We are talking 5th 6th grade here. Come on man.
A point I made early calling a kid in gifted classes in the fifth grade a thug and a piece of shit. You say there are consequences for free speech. In this case what should the consequences have been. The kid did not stand up during the pledge which is perfectly legal and a part of the systems rules. An idiot that does not know the rules demeans and belittles him in front of the class and in front of the world literally. He is then arrested and put into juvy for standing up for him self and not even breaking a rule. The piece of trash cops even said he non violently resisted arrest. Please describe this resistance, there is no such thing as non violent resisting arrest. You can call the pigs what ever you want and it is not resiting arrest. An over zealous piece of shit pig, teacher, principle and evidently the entire right deprived him of not only freedom of speech but also of actual freedom. Then you have pieces of trash like correll here wanting to fry him and he is just a kid. Conservative? Since when was it conservative to attack and imprison 11 year olds. Since when is it conservative to attack the first amendment. Since when is conservative to attack higher education. Since when is it conservative to alienate our allies. Since when is it conservative to Praise oligarchs and despots? Since when is it conservative to attack the FBI? Since when is it conservative to attack war heroes?

The immigrant from Cuba learned his opinion from his family. Deport the lot of them back to Cuba.

So much for "Freedom of Speech". That does include the freedom to NOT recite a meaningless pledge of allegiance.

The meaningless patriot bullshit that Americans get their knickers in a knot about makes you look like complete idiots.

Where or not an 11 year old chants by rote a promise to respect his country is of NO CONSEQUENCE WHATSOEVER.

Whether someone puts there hand on their heart when the national athem plays is MEANINGLESS.

You're a total fool if you think otherwise.

If the Pledge is so 'meaningless' then why not just stand? WTF is the problem here?

Why should you or some one else be the arbitor of what he should or should not do? Do you want me to tell you how to act, when to stand and what to say or would you rather make those decisions your self? You fail to take your hat off in a restaurant, you want me screeming across the place "Hey, you peice of shit thug take off your hat!" What would be your reaction to that?

Because he's a kid with mush for brains. That's why the little bugger is in school, to learn and learn how to behave in polite society. You progressive fools are raising a whole generation of America-hating little assholes.

Sure, he said the flag is racist, the National Anthem is offensive to black people, and they brought him here.

Sounds to me, at the very least, he doesn’t consider blacks to be racist.

The flag is a symbol of the nation as a whole. ALL the meaning of the flag, is from the nation.

If you say the symbol is racist, you are saying what it represents is racist.

There is a conflict in the little shit's thinking, I grant you that, but that is very common in leftards.
Again, that still doesn't mean he believes all Americans are racist. You're still lying.

When you make a statement about a symbol that stands for all of something, you are making a statement about that all of something, or at the very least, the vast majority of that something as you are generalizing about that something.

Do you think he would fight for this nation?
Your question has nothing to do with your nonsense that the kid thinks all Americans are racist. In reality, from which you’re clearly divorced, you have no idea that he believes that.

In the post you read and replied to, I explained my reasoning as to why I said that he considers this nation racist.

You were too stupid to address anything I said, and simply reasserted your claim, that I had already addressed.

That is the logic fallacy of Proof by Assertion, your point is invalid, you lose, and you are stupid.
You have still failed miserably to prove your nonsensical claim that the kid thinks all Americans are racist. Let’s see your evidence he thinks blacks are racist....

Your defense of a little disloyal shit who insulted this nation and every citizen of it, is dismissed.
Well corell dismiss this! Any adult who calls an eleven year old a peice of shit is a cowardly little bitch who can only pick on children. You are dismissed you peice of shit!~
Not just calling an 11 year old kid a piece of shit, but calling him a piece of shit for expressing his First Amendment rights. Correll clearly doesn't give a shit about the Constitution or our freedoms.

The kid should have been taught some respect for the flag and his country and his fellow citizens.

THat you failed to make an argument, and instead went with the logical fallacy of Argument by Ridicule,

is accepted as an admission that you cannot refute anything I said, and that you lose, and you are stupid.
There’s no winner like one to declare themselves as one, huh? Meanwhile, you want to frame this event around something it’s not about. You want it to be about should he have protested the Pledge of Allegiance, not could he protest it.

But you are in no position to tell that kid what he should do. You are in no position to tell anyone what they should do in that circumstance. You’re a nobody and nobody’s don’t get to dictate their personal beliefs onto anybody. You’re just pissed because he’s being raised to not forget about slavery in this country.

I’ll put it like this, two gay people go to buy a wedding cake, the guy says “na, I don’t believe in that so I don’t want to make it, but the guy up the street will”. Does the first amendment protect that guy?
What he says? Absolutely. Is he breaking Public Accomodation Laws for his state business license? Depends on the state. In my state, he would be breaking PA law....could have his license pulled.

Now...are you equating an 11 year old child with an adult who have a business that must follow business laws for their state?

No it’s simpler, and you made my point for me thanks. There are consequences to our actions. This child has ZERO right to disrupt the learning environment for the other kids. He can say what he wants, but he will be removed to a place where he can say what ever his hoodrat parents want to say. It’s sad that a gay person would be for robbing one persons free speech to protect your own.

The disruption began with the teacher who, instead of ignoring him avoid the pledge, chose to engage him about it. It was his right to not participate. Had the teacher not tried to make it an issue, the teacher would still be at that school and the child would not have gotten arrested.

And, the teacher can never work in that school district again, and likely won’t work in any other district ever, unless he belongs to a union. Any adult knows that it is useless to argue with an11 year old . This kid was prompted by his parents and the teacher was a sucker.

And another one happened here in Texas. Seems a kid would not cut his hair. So the teachers cut his hair for him. I guess it was the old “ Chili” bowl haircut. This is now a modest sized deal. Teachers need to worry about the basics. Teach school.
