If Zelenskyy is illiterate in English, they should have had him submit a recording of his message in advance and translated it before broadcasting. Too easy to make a mistake in translation that would give people the wrong idea of what he was saying, and due to the sensitive nature, the war and peace issues at stake, getting it right is the key.
