That is because diversity is an artificial creation invented by socialistic government to promote an agenda of theirs. People like other animals are not naturally diverse and people generally choose to like, live with and marry people with similarities in tastes, habits, interests, backgrounds and/or looks. It's only natural. People look for similarities and connections with other people, not diversity of likes, interests or appearances. Forced diversity is a social stress which combined with other forces does lead to an increase in many things including heath issues, crime and violence.

The population of Portsmouth is around 22,000, so your murder stats per 100,000 are correct, but horribly misrepresented.

When I was living near there, there was countless drug arrests, there were police chases, we had a couple shootings, some stabbings, lots and lots of domestic disputes, assaults and DUI's. This was between 2015-2021. Same with WV, and KY.
