I have no idea. A couple of people were so blatantly obvious here, the rule got changed.

I think it's a good rule. I just seem to find a lot of great posts I want to rep.

I find many posts worthy of rep (IMO of course), but don't read enough to rep that many (time factor). Haven't yet maxed out.
