My all time record for being disfellowshiped from a Christian church is two, in not much more than a month back in 1991. I knew that I could no longer go along with the "Soul Sleep" doctrine so I informed the local Pastor that he may as well kick me out of the church that I had been involved with since 1972.

I soon found the Philadelphia Church of God led by Pastor General Gerald Flurry and I wrote him a letter because I felt that I would be wasting the time of that church if I could not live up to the standard for obedience to the leadership that they demanded.

I admit it... I am willing to get disfellowshipped, or shunned, or ostracized, or kicked out or even ex-communicated for some of the challenging and controversial truths that many near death experiencers have been revealing for decades.

Here is an example of a man who I believe is being totally truthful about what he reports being told by Jesus.

This man's personal testimony is shocking but obviously he is trying his best to be truthful. All that he does he does as a volunteer anyway.

Not me.

I've never been kicked out of a church, and don't intend to be.

If they will have me as a member, why would I want to leave.

If the church were to adopt dogmas I thought were stupid, I would just ignore it or not show up as much, rather than burn a bridge over it. No sense in making it personal.

I’ve never been kicked out of a synagogue. I don’t even see how such a thing would happen. If you choose to follow the religion, you go to services and participate (or follow along). If you don’t want to, you don’t go.

...... You ignore at least Ten Very Clear SCriptures that state that when we die, we sleep, & know nothing.
True, “The dead know nothing.”

From Ecclesiastes.

there are no religious scriptures after the conflagration of noah those are false religions of monarchism, servitude and denial, the desert religions where a spirit does not exist of its own accord, self control and itself is subject to exterior intervention - than heavenly monotheism, all are equal, separate and are of self determination.

the physiology obviously perishes were its inviolable spiritual component to survive would be by self direction and necessarily is overseen by the metaphysical forces that created it. to survive the physiology being the goal would be its vitality than "nothingness" unless the creators decide otherwise.

Mat 7:13 “Enter in by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter in by it.
Mat 7:14 How narrow is the gate, and restricted is the way that leads to life! Few are those who find it.

Mat 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves.
Mat 7:16 By their fruits you will know them. Do you gather grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?
Mat 7:17 Even so, every good tree produces good fruit; but the corrupt tree produces evil fruit.
Mat 7:18 A good tree can’t produce evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree produce good fruit.
Mat 7:19 Every tree that doesn’t grow good fruit is cut down, and thrown into the fire.
Mat 7:20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

Mat 7:21 Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will tell me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’
Mat 7:23 Then I will tell them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.’

Back in the day, the pastor of my Charismatic church told me I'd be happier elsewhere after I expressed my cessationist views.

A few years ago, my Baptist small group didn't allow me to say any more and did not invite me to continue in their Revelation Bible study after I expressed my revealed eschatology views.

Christians can be rather intolerant.

I allow others to believe what they believe including beliefs re near death experiences. I've never been 'kicked out of' a church but I have left a few due to promoting or doing what I believe are unChristian practices.

And that occurs in many of the at least 30,000 widely different Sects of "Christianity".

What happened to that "One Way" that Paul spoke of in Ephesians 4:?

True, “The dead know nothing.”

From Ecclesiastes.
Heck, some of the living know nothing.

true for the biblical adherents ...

meaning desert dwellers from their bibles know nothing - is true ... liberation theology, self determination the 1st century events provide those spirits their ability to accomplish the heavenly goal for their judgement and are aware of their pending trial shortly after their physiology's passing and allows their possible admission into the everlasting immediately.
