This on top of the fact they have the second highest unemployment in the country it is so bad most familys have to work two jobs to make ends meet plus the worst education system as well. just when you thought it could not be worse.

AND they made the top five list coming in at number five in the top ten worst states to live in.Calfifornia did not even make the list.LOL

wow 4.9 compared to 4.3...what a difference....and cal should not brag about their education system,back in the 60's and 70's they were top 5 now they are in the bottom 10....so what happened?....
