WTH?!? Most Racist Supreme Court Ruling Since Plessy — Greenlights Racial Profiling in ICE Raids

There is nothing Racist about the current SCOTUS. That is yet another made up narrative to fire up stupid Democrat supporters.

U.S. Army Veteran and Citizen Wrongfully Detained in ICE Raid

Retes served four years in the Army, including a deployment to Iraq in 2019.

After serving in the Army, Retes decided to work as a security guard at Glass House Farms in Camarillo, where federal agents surrounded his car. Despite identifying himself as a U.S. citizen, agents reportedly broke his car window, deployed tear gas and pepper spray, and forcibly removed him from his vehicle.

"They never told me why I was arrested,
nor allowed to contact a lawyer or his family during his three-day detention.

Now the Supreme Court says this is fine

The term "witch hunt" has meaning because witches aren't real. Illegal aliens ARE real.
And innocent citizens have a Constitutional right to be left alone.
Stopping everyone who looks Hispanic with a demand to “Show me your papers” is excessive

Rather than stand up for Fourth Amendment protections, SCOTUS chose to just look the other way and allow Trump to run his Police State
The cowardly Conservatives made no comment on why they chose to do nothing
🥱

Unlike you, the SCOTUS knows what “probable cause” means and when and where it applies. And folks with an ability and willingness to speak honestly and accurately know that your “police state” commentary is silly and false.

12 million or more illegals under his watch, yeah, Biden's mess.
62 million Americans are of Hispanic descent
They have a right to not be harassed without probable cause

And innocent citizens have a Constitutional right to be left alone.

Wow way to go over the top as usual. But hey no one told you not to yell the sky is falling, the world is ending 24/7.
You really need to learn to read so you will understand what really happens before jumping up and down with craziness

Wrong. Do you understand the concept of “reasonable suspicion?”

Do you grasp that the law recognizes various levels of propriety in police officer (of any law enforcement agent) interactions with civilians?
Reasonable suspicious is good enough to question somebody.

To detain them, which includes extended questioning, requires probable cause.

Reasonable suspicion is not enough for an arrest or a search warrant. Stop and Frisk - In Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968)

Evidently they don’t.
The Conservatives declined to justify their inaction or provide clear guidelines on what is acceptable.

They just allowed Trump to continue harassing innocent people

62 million Americans are of Hispanic descent
They have a right to not be harassed without probable cause
And the decision doesn’t affect them in that regard. Repeating your bogus miscomprehension about what the decision says doesn’t support your misinterpretation.

So now racial profiling is legal. This decision is going to go down in the trash heap of history.

The question is quite reasonable

Can you be detained because you look Hispanic, speak Spanish or have a menial job?

Conservative justices just looked the other way and allowed Trump to continue his round up

Once again, the Robert’s court refused to stand up for individual rights

When I was younger I was stopped and questioned by the police a few times. I looked like the guy they were looking for (up here I look like every other mick). We had a talk, I showed some ID, and off they went. No big deal.

And many left NAZI Germany, and came to America for that very reason.

Maybe you missed an American citizen (and veteran on top of that) was stopped and arrested because he was Hispanic.

Good to know. But of course, I never said otherwise and neither did the decision.

Reasonable suspicion does, however, authorize a police/civilian interaction to seek additional information.

For example: You must identify yourself in states with “stop and identify” laws Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial Dist. Court of Nev., Humboldt Cty., 542 U.S. 177 (2004)

Interestingly, a refusal to comply in such a state can be grounds for an arrest. But that’s not at issue, here, since we aren’t discussing “arrests.”

A large group boarded a ship and came to America. fdr told them to screw off. Many of them ended up back in Germany and eventually in concentration camps.
