Don't ever put yourselves into a predicament that is unsafe for you you because, ultimately, much of your safety has to do with the choices you make in life. If other things are more important to you than your own safety then you are taking on the responsibility of putting yourself into an unsafe environment. The poll question is very simple, that's why there are only two choices. Either they would be alive today if they hadn't injected themselves into an unsafe environment and got in ICE's faces or they wouldn't.

Would we have had a civil rights movement if Rosa Parks and other did not get in the face of the segregationists ?

Would we have a United States if the colonies did not get in the face of the British ?

Would we have a Constitutional Republic if people did not get in the face of those who thought Geo Washington should be king?

Would YOU have freedom of religion and free speech if those who advocated for it did not get in the face of those who opposed the bill of rights?

Hitting officers with 2 ton SUVs and attacking officers while armed with a handgun aren't "protected" activities. Those are criminal acts.
