Think of the Supreme Court elbowing the partisan hacks in the Florida Supreme Court out of the way in

That's how it will be. You take the ball out of the hands of these minor leaguers and play in the ball park
of the SC and you will be amazed how pitiful their prior rulings become.

Actually, Bush v. Gore actually supports Biden's position. All of the lower courts has accepted that the third recount numbers were the valid ones, and that the Secretary of State had the final authority on declaring a winner. Only the FLSC attempted to order yet another recount.

This isn't even an issue of "Recounts", this is an issue of throwing out lots of ballots in four states to get Trump anywhere near 270.

The one thing this proves is why the Electoral College needs to go.
