Civil Rights Are Mainly about Black People, and how they wind up getting killed, and otherwise devastated, by people in support of the law. That would include teachers, government workers, emergency services(?) staffers, Social Security beneficiaries, Most Labor Contracts, and anyone with savings or stock investments.
Now should it be told that an income scale, multiplied by a fixed percentage: Makes the rich richer, and the poor poorer--and that it doesn't seem to work very well?
Like in times already behind us, who knew?
In the case of America, the contagion even spread itself worldwide.
Mostly, anyone will say it: The Catholics did it first!
