It's responses like this that I don't expect a cure for cancer to come from a Muslim country.I'm well versed in what the KJV sez.Can you quote one of his prophecies?
The fact of the matter is, Adam was a prophet.Adam was not "prophet." He and Eve gave us "original sin" and we've been paying for it ever since.
Jesus was not a "prophet" either. He is the Son of God who died on the cross so that all could be saved. No other so-called "diety" healed the sick, raised the dead, or fed the multitude from only a few loaves of bread and some fishes. No other so-called "diety" was put to death and was resurrected. He sits at the tight-hand side of God awaiting the time when all will be judged.
Of course I know there's no explicit reference to what your asking
But to say the God didn't communicate to Adam what behavior he expected of the human family is ridiculous.
That alone would not make him a prophet. How many a man God talked to without them being prophets ? He will be a saint, for sure, if God communicates with him, but a prophet is still different than a saint.
The fact of the matter is that God sent a book to Adam (10 books actually), 50 books to Adam's grandson Seth, 30 to Ilyas (I don't know if Elijah is English of Arabic Ilyas), 10 to Abraham, the Torah to Moses , the Injil (Gospel is English for Arabic Injil) to Jesus, the Psalms to David, and the Qur'an to Muhammad (peace be upon him and upon all prophets) which make 104 books that God ever sent mankind.
