The driver could have taken alternative streets once they saw the blockage ahead of them.
They did not have the right to plow through them instead.

The video posted by g5000 on page two is the best video out of all of them.
In that video - it indeed appears that she came to a complete stop. For a couple seconds, and then let off the brake for maybe a half second, and then gunned it.
That video will help her, as it supports what she said - that she stopped and people started crowding around her car and yelling.
The video is way too far off to see if anyone hit her car, but I think it is reasonable to believe they did.
After seeing this video, I now support her story.
People do not have a right to stop you in traffic, scream at you and begin hitting your car.
At that point the person has every right to evade, even if that means injuring those people.

Well we disagree on that. She will have to claim self defense, and thats at best difficult under a good case. With the 2bn hours of video the State likely has, its going to be even harder.

The concept of self defense goes way back to the english common law.

Unfortunately in recent times the concept of self defense has been under attack here in America by the political correctness devotees and sadly many of them are Republicans otherwise known as moderates.

If you value your life or your property stay far away from Negroes.....if at all possible

Secondly make sure you understand the law on self defense in your state.....states have different laws On it but the majority are very similar.

It is with much regret though I must inform you that you can no longer rely on the law of self defense to protect you even if you are in full compliance with the law.

This is most especially the case if you have to use lethal force against a black perpetrator....and also I regret to inform you that over half of all violent crime in America is commited by young black males.

In these cases it hinges on more than just the law....other factors must be considered.....such as the media reaction....their ability to stir up protests....leftwing politicians who may have much influence on the case....usually the situation in big cities where liberal politicians cave into mob justice fearing the end of their career if they dare insist on truth and justice.
