You didn't think that through before you wrote it. My 13 year old grandson is in a parochial school and I can assure you he doesn't wear a hat during class. Almost every other second of his life he wears a hat, but no way does he wear it at school.

That clearly was not a parochial school. Irrelevant. Had it been a parochial school, he would have signed his rights away when he paid for tuition, but that also is not supported by the video.

The supreme court of CA ruled over twenty years ago during the Gray Davis admin that, paraphrased, A student's constitutional rights do not end at the classroom door. See my post #76.
