Woke Teacher ATTACKS Student—FIRED & Sued!

Post #11 "Hats are worn in every classroom in America."
Again, the meaning is clear--and in line with the subject of the thread--Are you picking at straws to distract from the topic as well. Nowhere in this thread were parochial, military or any other private school was involved until it was pulled out of some troll's nether regions. Now would you like to respond to the topic, or are you going to troll too?

When I was in school, that hat would have been knocked off my head by the first teacher that saw me wearing it indoors. Are these people raised in a barn?
No they are in school post 1970.
Boys wear hats in school all the time now. They wore them when I was in high school from 1979-1983.
Some teachers wanted them to take them off in class, mostly the older teachers. Most didn't say anything.

My you're quite the angry elf.

We have responded. You're the one denying your own words.

The student refused to comply which was disruptive.
Students have rights. Nothing in the video suggests the what the policy of the school is. We have agreed that the video lacks a great deal of info. Without it, we can only go by what is in the video. A calm student being assaulted by an emotional teacher and the student became emotional as well. Nothing else is shown.

Based on the video — which is all there is — the student was acting immaturely.
Or he could have just been standing his ground against a angry 'karen'. I still say there's too little information to evaluate the behavior of either one. The OP took the side of the student. You take the side of the teacher. And in my opinion there is insufficient evidence eitherway.

I see an obstinate student denying a request from the classroom authority. It unnecessarily escalated from there.
Imagine if the student removed his hat.

I think any reasonable judge would not consider hat removal as a punishable offense.
It escalated beyond that when she laid hands on the student. Don't get me wrong, I was part of the last generation that was subject to corporal punishment in schools and was disciplined in that way many times, but those days have passed and politics is not a reason to deny those protections subjectively.

See the link right after the highlighted text. SMH, do you have anything to add to the discussion or are you just going to continue with the obtuse trolling?
That is not a court decision, you dumbass! Try reading for once, I want a citation from the California Supreme Court, like you apparently lied about!

You raise stupid to an art form sometimes!

The face of radical left-wing blm feminism. The teacher is A disgrace to the values and history of America and Africa. She is supported by simp lefty men though.

Ah the standard of today’s left. This has since about 2020 with the George Floyd riots been a uniquely left-wing thing. The cancel culture , attacking people for different views and censorship. The destruction of historical statues…. We still have work to be done to correct radical left insanity and fix things in America.

Would she be woke if she was white? Americans are tired of people like you using these terms for racial slurs. You don't know the values of America, much less Africa. Whites began cancel culture here from the start of this country. So you really need to think before you post.

There are no politics present in this video. That’s all assumption. Probably accurate but irrelevant until something substantiates it.
