ummm... actually that's an error that would more likely be made by someone reading a typo. You don't make "two thousand thirteen" into "two thousand three" without the left side of the brain driving the mouth. We all slip on what year it is around January when we haven't made the adjustment, but we don't get it off by ten years. On the other hand the "0" is adjacent to the "1"on the keyboard.
I've asked this question for years and never got an answer, and prolly won't here either, but .... since every POTUS since Eisenhower has used teleprompters, basically since it was invented, as well as countless other public speakers and almost every talking head on TV including Fox Noise, sportscasters, meteorologists... .. how come O'bama is always singled out for it?
