Will there be a super power in Africa within the next couple of hundred years???
Here are the requirements
1. It has to be in Africa
2. It has to be majority black or negroid in population---Can't be Egypt unless something huge happens population wise.
3. It has to be govern by blacks
4. The military is able to cross oceans and it has a blue water navy to do just that.
5. It's industrial economy can compete with the super power of the time...Either America or China or some country unseen at the moment.
6. it's culture is respected worldwide and it has a lot of pull on global society.

The only African nation with both lucrative natural resources and a leadership that had the balls to make its own decisions was Libya under Khadaffi and we know what happened.

That's pretty much how it is alright. Any "cooperative government" in Africa is constructed by foreign companies that put puppet figureheads in place to serve for the remainder of operations. It then collapses as soon as the puppet master leaves town. There are plenty of examples to prove it.
