Will Pam Bondi Prosecute Michael Byrd For Murder?

The "patriot" vigorously participated in the criminal destruction of federal property, 'the people's' property ---i.e., the purpose-built barricade specifically locked to bar her mob of insurrectionists from getting to and harming our elected Representatives.

As such, she took her own welfare into her own hands. And it ended badly for her.

She decided to illegally enter the Capitol of the United States of America.
She decided to join a violent sub-group of the J6 mob who also criminally entered the Capitol
She decided to assemble at that barricaded door and shout epithets at the police and cheerlead her co-mobsters then violently striving to breach that barricade. And when breached.....the rioter decided to leap towards the protesting offices through that exact breached opening.

Babbitt is dead because of Babbitt. Duh!

--------------------------------------------------------------------

That same perp can be shown to shout epithets at the police and voluntarily charge at those police through a violently and criminally breached opening in a barrier locked to prevent her and others from getting to and harming our elected Representatives.

Ashli is dead because of Ashli. Duh!

--------------------------------------------------

Indeed it is, and the people, through their duly authorized law enforcement entities took measure to protect their 'house'.

The police adopted a 'stand-your-ground' ethic to hinder the violent mob from getting to and harming --or even hanging --- our elected Representatives. Thankfully one officer took the warranted and necessary measures to prevent all of that angry mob from breaking through the barrier and attacking our elected Representatives and their staffs
You libs have made emphatic declarations of sure fire outcomes for years and are 90% wrong
But, being irrational zealots you double down
Learn something

If broken windows got you shot then 50,000 children per year would also be murdered

We have.

We have to oppose your fascism at all cost.

They are not libs at all. Even on this topic they are pure authoritarians. Libs are never authoritarians.

The Patriot was protesting what she perceived as a stolen election.
Her "perception" ain't enough to warrant illegally entering the Capitol, joining a violent mob who was battering down a barricade specifically intended to prevent her and others from laying hand on our elected Representatives and following up on threats.
Protesting and disputing an election is allowed under our laws, to a point. But once that point has been reached: Precinct/jurisdiction/county/Governor sign offs of the results'; judicial review of suits and questions;...all under a mandated time allowance, well, after that, breaking windows and doors, clubbing down police, defecating in the halls and offices, threatening to hang or shoot our representatives....well, my friend, that ain't the way it is done in the America we have and want.

I was mildly sure you should have known that.

--------------------------------------------------
Yeah, break a window and get a bullet in the throat.
Break a window to charge at police holding a gun aimed at you and violating shouted warning to back away.....well, being shot shouldn't surprise anybody other tlhan the misguided target.

Coulda been between the eyes, kneecap, spine, pinky-finger......the location of the bullet, no surprise, depends mightily on the exigencies of that intense and traumatic moment.

Unpredictable on bullet entry............but quite predictable on the risk of being shot.
Who couldn't know that?
--------------------------------------------------------

The fact is, no one was killed that day except a diminutive female veteran exercising her constitutional right to protest.

Her "constitutional right" doesn't include contributing to a mob invading the Capitol of the United States of America; participating in the violent damage to federal property and a purpose built barricade specifically installed to keep her and her mobster colleagues away from our sheltering Representatives.

Show the forum the part of the Constitution that says you can violently damage America and threaten our legal Representatives with harm, shot or hung?

Betcha....you can't

You write fiction.

Hey Chilli, why don't you tell the truth? She did not illegally enter the capitol. Windows being busted where she died amounted to 2 or 3 men battering the glass. She nor them were after the representatives or Senators. They had not made threats.
Actually just seconds from her being gunned down, 3 cops who were there decided to walk away and were a few feet from her when she got murdered. The cop who murdered her had no cause to murder her. And our hope is that the new administration will punish him for murdering her.

Not a valid excuse for byrd to have murdered the woman. You are not credible

on January 6, 2021 President Trump had a right to a Twelfth Amendment and a 3 USC 15 Hearing , the same were denied.

The Federal Court in Atlanta Ga recently heard evidence and recognized that voting machines are hackable and that votes can be switch from one candidate to another in real time WITHOUT creating traceable evidence.

So pursuant to her Constitutional Right to vote , to election integrity and to vote she had the absolute right to protest .

She did not illegally enter the capitol.
Yeah, she did.
The Capitol was closed on J6. Anybody who entered without an invite from their Representative did so illegally.
And too, she had to enter through illegally opened doors or busted windows done by prior rioters.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Windows being busted where she died amounted to 2 or 3 men battering the glass. She nor them were after the representatives or Senators. They had not made threats.
Well, violently battering windows in the Capitol of the United States of America seems, in my view, fairly criminal.

But, if the guys were simply creating an opening so she could go to the loo on the other side......well, make that argument.

I would listen to you make it.

------------------------------------------------------

Actually just seconds from her being gunned down, 3 cops who were there decided to walk away and were a few feet from her when she got murdered.
The unarmed officers who moved away from the foyer were being replaced by heavily armed uniformed police coming up the stairway. But Babbitt was in a hurry to get beyond the barricade that was stopping her and her cohort of violent mobsters. She charged the officers on the other side with her leap through the broken our window.
She shouldn't have done that...... then.
Or in hindsight.

---------------------------------------------------

The cop who murdered her had no cause to murder her. And our hope is that the new administration will punish him for murdering her.
Well, you be you. Go with your hopium if you can find your peace.

However, the officer 'stood-his-ground' and met his sworn oath to protect our Representatives and their staffs. And that day it was against a mob that was violently creating a breach in a purpose built barricade that offered a barrier to our sheltering Representatives.
But the tip-of-the-spear of that mob charged through when that breach was large enough to let in the first of the mob.

She shoulda waited. She shoulda let some other point-man lead the mob through the breach.

Maybe she wouldn't be dead now?

In what manner?
Illegally entering the Capitol of the United States?
Participating and contributing to a mob that was intentionally destroying government property so they could threaten our elected Representatives?
By charging through an opening in a breached barrier erected to protect those Representatives?

Personally, and this is just me, but I'm unpersuaded that any of that was an 'absolute right' of Ms Babbiitt's. To argue that such violence was her right.....is, ummm, well, it is hooey, promoted by partisan fringies.

No offense intended.

There was no excuse for the coward cop murdering Ashley Babbitt. Totally against the rules of engagement and deadly force. I'm sure there will be a fair trial before bird gets life in prison.

Your assertion that Ashley Babbitt was somehow running at or leaping at the police and attacking is false. She was climbing through a window and posing no threat
