Will Pam Bondi Prosecute Michael Byrd For Murder?

Clue for the clueful......Seattle nor Portland are the Capitol building of the United States of America.
Hence...... Portland's and Seattle's unrest were in local law enforcement jurisdictions.
That distinction makes the difference.
Duh!

No kidding?
Shot while lying on the floor?

I had not seen nor read about that.
Where did you?

Unarmed, crawling on floor , 6 other armed officers within 30 feet , media lies about a cavalry of people right behind her
Murder
If you watch the entire video, Byrd has to lean out of cover to get an angle to shoot Babbit who has at least six heavily armed police officers within three feet of her who don't seem to think she is a threat to anyone. The only person who seems to have considered anyone to be a threat was Byrd. Based upon his record, he had no business being a police officer; any other department would have fired him for his actions which included LOSING HIS DUTY WEAPON. Instead the Capital Police promoted him.

How fast? Wha? Am i supposed to do your homework for you?

Write your own book report. Make your own big boy points, in your own big boy words.

Then we will scrutinize them.
keep making up fables, we'll sell them to Disney

Byrd was the furthest away of all officers and was positioned so that Babbit could not see him. She could NOT have shot at him if armed. The other officers were fully visible to her and her to them He effectively had to come out of his hiding to murder her

"Take a look at the video and pics...."

Well, poster 53......I did watch the video of her charging towards the officers who had warned her and the other mobsters away. She appeared to leap into the frame of the violently shattered window...crouched down to get through that frame but on her feet.

Now, if you have a video showing her lying on the floor when shot.....well, amigo, right now would be an appropriate and useful time to link the forum to it. Saddle up.

If you do not, if you cannot......then, expect for some participants of USMB to believe your poor avatar is just a bag of wind and a Q-Anon dupe who will swallow any and all conspiracies.
Don't be that guy, Weather53, it is not a good look.

Was she armed in the video you watched? or was she around about a 5'6" unarmed female facing a half a dozen armed men equipped with full law enforcement gear including non-lethals?

In the video I saw, it was the latter which indicates that no reasonable person would conclude that the officer was in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm which is the standard to justify the use of deadly force for everyone Else in the country, except apparently the Capital Police.

Chilcotex tries to speak like it’s in Parliament . It’s odd to see such dummy fuck comments expressed in that manner

Byrd crept up like a stalking coward and murdered her.

So, poster Weather53 will not, cannot, show us verification of his assertion that Toe-tag Babbitt was lying on the floor when shot.

Why make a claim if one cannot be persuasive in validating that claim?

Snark: And those folks think they can make America great?

No.

They were also busy watching the many doors and trying to evacuate the Congress.

Byrd is of course perfectly safe from prosecution. No grand jury would indict him.
Horseshit. Any other cop in any other jurisdiction would be prosecuted for this behavior.

Just not in Dem rat infested DC.

You can bet your bottom dollar that if he'd killed a libtard he'd have lost his pension, been stripped of rank, and ended up in federal prison.

You know, the guy that shot Ashli Babbitt, Air Force Veteran, in the head for the heinous crime of being helped through a broken window?

She's the one with the American Flag on her shoulder. Which is proof, in and of itself, that she must be a bad person.

So, Michael Byrd took it upon himself to shoot her. In the throat. She died. Horribly

After which, the Brave people that run DC decided to house him at an Air Force Base. In a very, VERY expensive suite. Paid for by -- Us. The American People.

I just thought of it again because of this article at Newsmax.

So, what do you think? Will Byrd be prosecuted for the murder he committed?
Byrd didn't murder anyone.

If you don't agree then at least explain how what he did meets the definition of murder under the applicable statute.

it wasn't self defense, she was unarmed, and at a distance that she was not an immediate threat
