It has more to do with economics than race. About 5 years ago, I took advantage of an amazing hotel “deal” at a nearby local resort. The stench of marijuana was nonstop through the AC vents despite the warnings of a $250 No Smoking rule. The clientele was rowdy and many of them looked like they also engaged in meth. They were all White.

You know, in spite of liquor being available everywhere on the cruise ships, we never observed anybody who was obviously under the influence. Never observed anybody who was behaving inappropriately other than the very very few jerks we encountered, and that was just quietly verbal, never physical.

I think people taking cruises were probably a different class of people then though. If those cruising are now uncouth, ill mannered, rowdy and violent sorts, I wouldn't want any part of that.

Time to dust off the plank and feed the sharks.

If they had enough tenders available for everyone, this would have never happened. I hope Carinval at least apologizes for this.

If other food was available, to me, the apology should come from whoever decided to get worked up over something so trivial in the grand scheme.
