The Supreme Court once ruled that it was lawful for FDR to issue an edict that justified the incarceration of American citizens without due process. The Supreme Court once found a "right to privacy" that didn't exist in the Constitution to justify the "legal" murder of the unborn. So what's the point? Its actually not you can try but the Supreme court will knock it down, And if they don’t we the people have a right to alter or abolish youI think you might live in the wrong country, you can’t infringe on my rights.. sorry buddy
You live in the wrong country. No one is infringing on anyone's rights. Regulation of firearms is allowable.
The Supreme Court has already ruled that many of these are constitutional.
The Supreme Court onced ruled Separate but Equal was Constitutional under Plessey. I have a feeling you think the SC was wrong under Citizens United.
It's like yo morons think the SC can't be wrong when it rules in your favor. All this is really is appeal to authority.
The point is progressives run to the SC only when it rules in their favor.
Thus according to them Roe is untouchable, but Heller and Citizens United need to be destroyed or ignored.
