They've come to mean as much as Fagbook's Communist Standards. Over the last year or so, I've seen this forum moving more and more in that direction, where, even if there is an explicit set of rules, that seem to have clear meaning, that they are applied and enforced in a completely irrational manner, where content is censored for alleged rule violations which cannot rationally be read out of any of the rules as they are actually written, and even new rules made up ex nihilo where a mod is especially aware that he cannot twist any of the existing rules to justify the action.

Please do not insult us with the lie of claiming that you have not seen this at least as clearly as I have.

He doesn’t “censor” content because he doesn’t “agree” with it. This is a privately owned messageboard, therefore there are rules and limits (like limiting your right to post porn). Or limits like flushing the never ending supply of bots you never get see. Our rules minimal compared to most places. For most, it’s act like an adult. The folks downstairs seem to do a better job of that then the ones upstairs.
