I am a lover of history: it's important to me that history be accurate, it's hard enough to understand the past when you have the truth to work with, but this historical pollution just makes it that much harder. I live my life by several principles one of which is the truth. I do not lie, and I do not respect or like people that do. However, some people will sell you a book that tells you what you want to hear in order to make a buck. But it does not matter what the race the Olmecs were, and by the way they were not black, it adds nothing to my life nor takes anything away from it and the same is true for you. If you need to believe the Olmecs were black in order to feel better about yourself, you need to work on your Self-esteem. That is not a criticism just a suggestion.

If you don't like or respesct people who lie, then you must hate American history. Remember "We hold these truths to be self-evident: all men are created equal"? The man who wrote those words, Thomas Jefferson, owned hundreds of enslaved people at the time. And that is only the beginning of the lies and distortions.

Moor is not even an Arab word it's English and it refers to the indigenous people of North Africa South of Spain primarily the Berbers and by the way the Berbers are not and never were a black people. They are Caucasians like the other people of North Africa. They do have more sub-Saharan DNA then the other Indigenous people of North Africa, but that's because they were the main slave traders of the trans Saharan slave trade for over 1000 years. And there is a group of black people in Mauritania that call themselves Moors, but they're not the original moors they are the descendants of Moorish traders who married the black women of the region hundreds of years ago.
