Judging from how he had his witnesses lie on the stand in the Enron case and how the whole trial in 5 cases was over turned he is nothing but a vocal "Hit squad" who wants to make a name for himself. When your cases are exposed as loaded with false witnesses, and evidence planted by your own attrnys this is nothing but criminal activity by the DOJ and appears to be a SOP by the DOJ.
